Yes I know. I am not sure how to fix it and still make it look good. And the jerseys are yours I haven't changed the sponsors. I also love the jerseys btw.

Look up the sponsor on the internet and resize them to the size they are on the original jersey. In that way, they are not pixelated at all 
I believe it happens when saving; if you see, the Tour shirt, which wasn't made by him, is also considerably pixelated...
Btw: that is the 2010 Tour shirt, not only outdated by year but also by game (not the version adapted to PCM11-12).
