Stage 20 :
Flat, flat, and more flat....
As i can't create the last stage because the Madrid region is not covered by the dem., i let the original stage Cercedilla-Madrid.
I test the whole tour and then i give the Dl link  |

Are you sure that Madrid is not covered by .dem? I'd believe that it is, but anyway, nice job with the Vuelta!

Actually i had to re-installed the game, so the dem. files i added have been supressed  But it doesn't matter, my last stage and the 2012 last stage were similar |

I make the faster as possible a variant for Dauphine
Stage 1 :
A flat ITT of 6 kms.
Stage 2 :
Flat, flat and again flat...
Stage 3 :
A hilly stage with a finish on top in La Mure.
Stage 4 :
First of the two moutain stages of this tour. It crosses the "Massif de la Chartreuse" with five difficulties : Col de la Placette, Col de l’Épine, Col du Granier, Col du Cucheron and Col de Porte.
Next stage will be a 40kms ITT around Grenoble (like in Tour 2009)

Liking the route so far A hard stage early on but finishing with a big descent, seems interesting Btw, I have to ask: why do you need to make it fast?

Stage 5 :
The usual ITT. It is considered as a hilly TT but the difficult part is during only 2kms...
Stage 6 :
The second flat stage of this tour. But a small climb, placed at 8kms of the finish line, could disadvantage a lot of sprinters... |

Stage 7 :
The main stage. The finish stands in the ski station of Val Thorens, only once visited by the Tour, but a very hard climb, with early 40 kms at 4.9 % |

My next project will be a variant of Tour de France ( i'll also try to finish the Tirenno i promised to Luigi : i've lost stage 1&3, and it ha made me angry :lol
Stage 1 :
I've decided to start this Tour with a TTT, like in the Giro-Vuelta. This one stands in Blois, a 50.000 souls city near the Loire.
Stage 2 :
First stage for sprinters. Flat, flat and again flat, but a little climb to attribute the first KoM jersey |
