I put the files in the cartel, I tried to put it in the DB but it doesn't appear in the game.
I must admit that I'm not so good to do this, it's the first time.

I'm using the Italian Community's Realname (Noris' Realname). But in this only the stats, the names and the shirts change.

Well the frame is working fine here, if the frame doesn't appear in 3D it might (and probably) be a DB-editing issue. If you attach the DB, I could add it, but if you want to do it yourself, pay attention to the fkIDequipment_unlock value, which is the 'easiest' error to be done when adding equipment (it should be the ID of the equipment that the BMC frame will be following in the selection menu - so you should look for the last equipment of a certain brand in the game, and fill its ID in your equipment's fkIDequipment_unlock).
