I thought Sylvain wasn't bad in ice... Must be my memory.
Anyway, it was pretty funny to read this:
Lipawsky, Lipawsky, Cook: 19 seconds.
So which one is which?

Bah only one rider counts out of that lot
Enjoyed that one Ian, nice to see different names coming to the fore. Congrats to SN, another rider overtakes Cook in the win count!

Haha it was just a joke but it seemed something like you'd do

Thanks! Surprisingly I find hosting this game increasingly fun. Because the longer it gets, the more "real" it becomes, the more the characters come to live and I really love that. I can keep running it like this forever Except my brother needs to finish his exams fast and fix my program bacause I won't calculate the Coca-Cola Trophy manually and if I need to cancel another race everyone will revolt |

By the way, interesting fact.
James Carlisle now leads one competition and is 2nd in the other two. You don't have to ride in the spotlight constantly to perform well, it seems
Top 3 of the competitions:
Superprestige
1. Carlisle
2. Cook
3. Cornelis
World Cup
1. Cornelis
2. Carlisle
3. Smith
Coca-Cola Trophy
1. Cook
2. Carlisle
3. Vague

As we're about 1/3 of the first season, I think it might be time for some sort-of-evaluation. I have an idea but I want your opinion on it, first.
I thought I'd send out some feedback to the (more or less) active players of the game. Not to criticize anyone, but for example to discuss how I see the riders on the longer term of the game etc, stuff like that. Likewise you are free to return to favor. Let me know what you think of this idea and I'll send them out tomorrow or Sunday. |

This works a lot better than my evaluation of Sylvain, I just ay that he is 5th and that's it, because he always seems to be about there... ;P

Too bad for Francis Cague, though |

Cakari won't crash nearly as much. Or will he crash more?

Lee Valley preview is up.
Though there is still mystery surrounding the race. Is it responsible to race that crazy downhill when the ground is frozen? Will we see another cancelation?

I'd really appreciate it if someone could try and make the continental jerseys. It's not necassary for the game but I'd love to have a visual (a drawn shirt) of the continental jerseys before they're raced, and what jersey the winners will wear throughout the rest of the season. So if someone thinks they have some time to make one of more, please do and post them here!
I'd need a shirt for Eurasia, Oceania, Africa and America. You can be creative in colors etc. Please don't use any national colors, though. America is not United States, so don't do the stars and stripes please.
Also it doesn't have to be a PCM jersey of any kind. We won't use it in a game or whatever, it'd just be nice to have a visual what the riders are fighting for, so it can be another type of drawing.
Hope to see someone pick up the challenge |

Oh and already make a Fonterra-Genesis Oceanic one we have a 100% chance of winning.
True Fact
Also, wouldn't it be nice to have a Belgian on our side more often?
Yeah I'm not sure what you mean with your game thread post, would you care to elaborate? Who is mistress?
If you mean the route changed because of Vague skipping you're wrong. I still expect Vague to skip the race despite the changed start.
The downhill start was abandoned because the riders didn't bring their skis, if you catch my drift
Please don't turn this into another Struibaai

Please don't turn this into another Struibaai Riders can go downhill with getting off the bike too
I wanted the race being full-raced because icy descents are a part of cyclocross

Mistress is what Cookie called him as in the UCI's mistress. And I know that it was cancelled anyway, but after Struibaai Lachy is going to jump on stuff like that.
