No but seriously, WTF Sky? What's the purpose? If anyone forgets their individual ambition and cooperate well, you gonna end up looking very stupid, cause Sky would have been the only team able to bring that break in that flat section. |

Where the hell did such a huuuge breakaway get away?!
Tinkoff Saxo basically utterely screwed. It's rather funny. Maybe Contador wants to show everybody that he really, really, really doesn't want to win Dauphine?!

This is bad.... this is real bad. The break will be brought back alter and Talansky will be spent...

But look at the roster, it's not the Saxo that screwed up. It's not the Saxo that worked whole week in front. Sky is the one, who might end up working their asses of this whole time and without podium place in GC in the end.
Contador already did what he wanted to do in this Dauphine. And it is to follow every Fromme attack and drop Froome himself to gain that psychological advatange before Tour. |

Ok Sky just realised.
"Sky at the head of the pack
Team Sky is noted with Tinkoff-Saxo at the head of the peloton with three riders, probably due to the presence of Andrew Talansky, third on GC, in the front group. The British team really want a duel in Courchevel, apparently!" |

Nah, Tinkoff-Saxo screwed up there. Everything was perfect for them and none of it is now. They had to control the race for one day. No excuses. I know that the Tinkoff-Saxo is a weak B-squad but it stands as it is.
Of course, SKY tactics are far from being smart either because of Talansky, VDB and others in the break. But I guess they have must given up on Froome winning here and now just want to see Contador losing Dauphine? Something like that, but what do I know? Maybe Froome goes full throttle on the last climb, who knows... Will be interesting to watch. Want tv signal now.
EDIT: Ok, CN ticker just said:
15:30:27 CEST
Sky have Porte, Nieve and Lopez patrolling the move but behind, the men in black have realised the danger posed by Talansky and Van Den Broeck, and have begun to help Tinkoff-Saxo's chase effort.
So, SKY arn't dumb. Good.

Belkin with no one upfront either, so maybe they'll chase too later.

Nibali and Kelderman are in Group Froome too. No Tinkov Saxo rider still. They are all in Switzerland.
