Let's see how everyone develops, but you're probably right, Martin might get his 82 back. However I think the main reason he wasn't really dominant this season is the crappy PCM AI. Porte should also never beat an 81 TT rider at the WC ITT.

I forgot to mention: Only a max of three stat packs from research can be spent on one rider, of which only two can be the same kind.
Also I have thought about adding another research option: Recalculating the maximum a rider can reach. You might have noticed that some riders are stuck at a rather low maximum despite their high potential, like Kelderman who won't progress any further. The maximum for all riders were randomly calculated at the first season. Taking this option, a new max would be calculated for the rider and the higher one would be used for further development. Not sure if this should still be implemented this season but if the agreement on that is high, i could still edit the file. Just wanted to hear some opinions on that matter. |

In my opinion, it's too late now. By the time we could use it, the riders would have gone through four seasons without progress already. Let's say they need another 3-4 season to reach their full potential, they'll be too close to the decline age by then.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Yes, if you have 0 left you just do development, not that research is mandatory anwyay.

How much the training adds to a certain stat relatively to other stats of that group.

just for conformation: in the research file you can make packs that you can use on one rider (example: I invest 100 in 1 climber pack, I can only use it on Kiserlovski right)

Yes one pack for one rider.
@Croatia: I'll think about adding that next season, but I won't change the research file this time anymore. I'm concerned that adding that would ruin the overall stat distribution. |

You can't use the sort function in the "Riders" table.
Sort them by ID again and then it should probably work.. |

Content with how the upgrades went for us. Could make getting rid of some big weight less of a struggle.

@Croatia: I can't say for sure if this will be added. If you make your renewals based on that, go with that it won't be added.
@Shonak: Just wanted to post a deadline for that.
Deadline for Scouting R4 and Research is tonight.
Research can also be sent in at a later point but then you can't get research on Potential and Potion of Youth. |
