Hey folks, new here, and I have a bit of a problem.
After downloading the 2012 database and then updating to V2, I started my career and have just completed Tour of Australia.
I used the arrow to skip some of the days after the tour, but after about 3 or 4 skips, the game crashed. I loaded the game up again, but now find myself unable to load the previous save. Any suggestions?

Edit: V1 went into the correct folder (PCM 2011 Root Folder) and V2 went into the same place so I think I've done the install correctly.
Edit 2: Problem solved (hopefully) Just removed the .cdi file from the database folder and all is well.

Open My Docs/PCM/Users/Your Username/Database/Solo/Name of DB and locate your save game (the one ending with .cdb). Move it to the desktop.
In the original folder, there's another file named similarly to the one you just moved - except it has a ~ at the end. Remove the ~ and launch the game.
If it's still not possible to load the save game, delete the file you just renamed.
Instead, open My Docs/PCM/Users/Your Username/Database/WeeklySave and move the latest file to My Docs/PCM/Users/Your Username/Database/Solo/Name of DB |

Was the final release of V2 ever released or is the Public Beta the latest one?
I assume if I want to keep playing the original 2011 expansion pack occasionally, I just download 2012 V1 and V1-> Public Beta? |

The final release of the V2 wasn't released yet, but it'll be released.
Yes, you could download V1 and then V2PB (which will add more races, more jerseys, more of a lot of things). But you don't necessarily need the V2PB to play the 2012 DB.

I will get V2PB because it has extra things 
Also another question on a different topic, do PCM 12 jerseys work in PCM 11? I want to update Greenedge and Saxobank to their new team jerseys when it finishes downloading

Well, CrueTrue has said the final V2 could be released either Thursday of Friday. It's now Saturday, so I don't really know
And yes, jerseys from PCM11-12 are the same (compatible and same style). Btw, the final V2 will add the modified jerseys (Orica, Garmin Sharp and Saxo Tinkoff).

Ah yeah good point, I will install them tonight  What do I back up first?
I finally finished a season on the 2011 db and the WC result was 1. Swift 2. Cav 3. Thomas. Then I noticed the difficulty was low

Stupid question maybe - since V2 seems to upgrade the existing V1 database - is it a separate DB and I need to start a new career or does it simply update the existing V1 DB? In other words can I continue my old savegame on the V2 DB. |

You will need to start a new career for all the changes to have effect. Otherwise, not much will change.

As CountArach said, if you do not start a new career some changes will take effect, for example some new equipment, more jerseys for the teams.. however sponsor changes, stat changes, new stages, etc. won't take effect in your save.

is it normal that in the v2 version some team don t have all jerseys i think at for exeple liquigas who has not the jersey of leader of the tour de france or for the mountain sprint ?
also in the giro and vuelta ? it s bug for me or it s comming in a new version? |

If they don't have the jersey, the teams transfert will be placed on top of the default one, they will still use the jersey |

Yes, and it is normal. Leader jerseys haven't been made for every team, we've added the ones that have been made, we can't add stuff that hasn't been made

Hi there. I'm new to PCM11 and I must say the PCM DAILY DB make me feel I'm playing PCM12 : great work! Anyway I ask myself a question : I have no sound during logos and intro movie : Is this normal or is this a bug? Any link with the DB?
My install : Fresh PCM11 with lastest patch and V1, V2 beta then V2 final of PCM DAILY DB.
