The riders are fine I think, but the white lines around them are very pixelated.

I dont really know how to do the shaoes well. They always end up pixelated.

Have you considered trying GIMP or Photoshop instead of Paint.net?
I'm far from a good graphics designer or shirtmaker, but I've still managed to create some decent stuff in both areas with GIMP. Gives much better results than Paint.net, imo.

I know its better but I cant get it to work. My shapes actually look worse than the jerseys I do now. THey actually suck. Here is what I mean

That doesn't look bad at all, imo.
The logos on the back are placed a little far to the left, but other than that it's rather decent I'd say. The shapes aren't pixelated at all. With some testing, you could probably make some really nice ones.

The problem is my commitment on GIMP. I get annoyed and than change back to paint.net. It really annoys me but I can give it 1 more shot

If you aren't willing to take the time it takes to learn again how to do stuff in another (better) program, it's hard to expect much progression imo. Nobody is born learning how to create shirts or do pretty much anything, we always have to learn it

I am thinking to start a career with a development team for Vacansoleil, maybe post it on the story thread. I've seen the earlier shirts and they are of great quality. Anyway, i'll give you the sponsors:
