Am I the only one who is utterly pissed off every time Carlton Kirby commentates a race? I'm watching the third stage of the ALgarve now and he has spent more than 2/3 of the time talking about Sky as if they were the second coming of Christ. I mean, sure, they have a good team here with a coupl eof people who could take out the overall, but for fuck's sake, there are other teams here too who have immensely good riders. Learn sopmething about them and stop with your bullshit nationalism.

Just because you lost the Ashes...
And Sky could only win because they hired an Australian

You clearly never heard Belgian commentators talk about Gilbert. [sarcasm]Can't wait for the totally non biased commentary in the classics![/sarcasm]

Great stage win by Porte!
Sky is really dominating in Portugal
Surely soon a brit from team sky will take a win, but I'm hoping an Aussie takes another

50pcm$ on Velits for overall, not a bad investment at all.
If offense is the best defence, does it mean that defence is the worst defence?

1 Nibali
2 Velits
3 Casar
4 Jeannesson
5 Gallopin
6 Slagter
7 Rodriguez
8 Lebas
9 Cancellara
10 Navardauskas
Also Velits is ahead of Nibali in the GC by only 1 second.
Ian Stannard came 21st, shows the depth of the field here
BTW, Baden Cooke finished one place above Andy on this stage ( 33rd ) He's definitely got a GC pedigree as GreenEdge predicted

Hey, so finally Baden Cooke couldn't challenge for the win? Disappointing Greenedge, disappointing.
Great for Nibbles anyway.

Well, one could argue he still was their best rider today...

Awesome.
1 Gerald Ciolek
2 Matteo Trentin
3 Heinrich Haussler
Perfect lead-out by Trentin there, who also takes 2nd.

Damn Nibali, why not go faster for 50 meters and let me win 34 PCM$?
Btw, who put Andy on second in the betting odds for the stage?

Speaking on Andy, did you hear what the little fellow told to the press in Oman? He wants to ride every stage of the tdf12 like a classic and gain time in every hilly/mountain stage. This kid has a big problem, someone tell him this is the Tdf, not LBL. Go in the Giro lad if you want to win something, instead of dreaming the impossible! |

Thats so epic fail Andy who can never do anything before the Tour de France (or to be fair, LBL). |
