You don't need to be Just look in STA_country, the country constant. But most times (maybe them all) the constant is the same as the official country abbreviation (and this case is no exception, so _maillot_blr is indeed right). Alternatively, you could also try to find the default champion jersey in Program Files/Cyanide/PCM11/3D/Cyclists/Cloth/Country.
