Thanks mate! We've definitely secured promotion now.

WoW, could you post Fröhlinger's stats?
Did you even read the report? It's in there.
Jakob Fuglsang, Jérôme Coppel and Paul Martens will all be representing us for the next three years. And actually one other rider as well.
Due to very limited potential and demanded high wage, I've decided to not renew Marcel Kittel's contract for the next season. But don't worry, we've brought in a strong replacement.
The main reason I picked Bozic over other, faster sprinters is that I wanted to have a sprinter who can climb a bit as well. Now we have Van Hummel for the dead flat sprints and Bozic for the hillier ones. Borut will also bring in experience to our relatively young squad. Another big reason that we chose him is that he didn't demand any ridiculous wage like Kittel or Feillu. I don't doubt a second that we've made a good decision.

You're losing one of my favourite sprinters.....
But atleast you're bringing in Bozic.
And its more realistic I guess, because Kittel might move to a bigger team irl anyway.
Still the best story on the site, imo.

Now you've got some decent climbers and sprinters, and good support by Martens. We can expect great results next season!

Hmmm... If you really promote (which is pretty much sure now, if I understood correctly?), you'll have a very tough time in World Tour and it'll be a hard fight to remain there. Because, tbh, even with the new signings your squad isn't too strong for a WT-Team. What you have on the plus side, though, is your imense Skill (pun intended ) as a manager, so I'm optimistic for next season, anyway.
Oh, and I shouldn't forget to join in to the praises on you Tour reports. Thoroughly an enjoyable and informative read, plus top graphics and layout. As others said before, few others managed to reach such a high standard, keep that up please!

Another Skil win, nothing new here... good signings for 2012 too. Fuglsang and Coppel will spread magic on the World Tour races. |

A thanks to all, and a special thanks to valverde, cunego59 and Alakagom for the great words. I understand that you might not think it's the right thing to do with Kittel's release, but as valverde said: it's realistic I think.
@ alexanderlens: Sorry if I sounded harsh. Words always look a lot stronger when they're written, since you can't see any facial expression. I didn't mean to insult you at all.
While many riders who has ridden the Tour chooses to ride easier criteriums in the days after the finish in Paris, those with some power left in their legs might choose to race the Clasica San Sebastian instead. It's a decently prestigious Spanish one day classic in the San Sebastian area. The punchers are often successful here, but also the GC contenders from the Tour tends to do well on the Spanish roads.
Fresh off Brixia Tour, the top shaped duo Fröhlinger and Sprick will be trying to achieve a nice result here. The rest of the squad will mostly be helping those two, with Curvers and Doi as the luxury help. Top 20 should be achievable.

** Van Avermaet, Wiggins, Poels, Scarponi
* Mollema, Niemiec, Roche, Sagan, Martin
A very strong lineup here, with top favourite and real life winner Philippe Gilbert getting some strong competition from mainly recent Tour champion Robert Gesink and Ardennes rival Frank Schleck. However, we mustn't forget Tour podiumer Andreas Klöden, Giro winner Damiano Cunego and the best in the Tour mountains, Igor Anton.
30.07: Clasica San Sebastián
San Sebastián - San Sebastián
The profile might not look like a killer one, but it shouldn't be understimated. The double climb of the Jaizkibel in the second half of the stage will prove crucial, seeing it's the place where the race is often decided.
We tried endless times with different riders to form an early breakaway, but there was always one team or another that didn't like the situation, bringing it all back together. Therefore no break today, but instead an incredibly fast peloton.
The fun started when Robert Gesink opened up the fireworks halfway up the second climb of the Jaizkibel, with about forty kilometres to go. Bradley Wiggins tried to follow at first, but had to sit down again almost immediately.
Gilbert then took the responsibility to close down Gesink in the descent, with Anton marking the Belgian like a hawk. The rest of the smaller favourite group followed a few hundred metres behind, soon shutting down also this move.
Not for long tho, as Bradley Wiggins went on the move on the next little climb, quickly followed by Niemiec, Klöden and Schleck.
Klöden went all in when Wiggins slowed down and looked back, jumping around the Sky rider and gapping the other two in the process. Another group with a.o. Gilbert and Gesink followed not far behind Wiggins & Co, soon to rejoin them.
Most of the other favourites didn't seem to have the legs to chase down Klöden, so Gilbert used a little kickup to make a jump, setting off in pursuit for Klöden by himself.
But not even Gilbert could close the gap, being forced to watch Klöden celebrating victory after holding the Belgian champion off with a few metres in the final. Sweet revenge for Klöden after coming close in the Tour.
Schleck outgunned Gesink and Niemiec for third, with Wiggins, Poels and a very surprisingly strong Egor Silin finishing just behind them, while Mollema and Anton lost a few metres in the final after having to lead out the sprint.
Fröhlinger and Sprick hit the line a couple of minutes later, finishing 16th and 17th, about what we could expect with such a strong field. We said the goal was a Top 20, so I think we did well.

Another great result in a World Tour race not really suited to Skil!

This. Great job, Skill ( or rather Pelli's great PCM skills )is doing great job in all races, no matter what terrain, even when the terrain is not best suited to streghts of the team. That's a sign of a great team

Klöden! Man, he's on fire
As always, great reports/screens and lovely results (in general, not only for Skil).. and, off topic, but still worth to be mentioned: now that I see your new Avatar (Pelli2), I regret to have already sent my PCMdaily-Awards-nomination Really like it.

Klöden is surely on fire but the result of your squad isn't bad at all
