Smart idea by the motorbike camera dude, let's do a front close up at 60+ km/h, it's not like dragging the rider down the mountain is of any importance, is it ?

If Cadel makes this, than staying and watching this stupid stage will be worth it.

Machado only 1 min behind. Sky were slow on the descent

Great win for Quitana and good testing by Cadel, i think/hope Wiggo will loose the Tour in descends, if he will battle for it at all.
Will we have thread for Switzerland? That sould be quite more interesting racing wise.

Sky these days reminds me of a combination of US Postal and Telekom/T-Mobile in there best days...

Prety painfull reminder of US Postal domination today
But great win by Quintana
If Wiggins wins he comes into this list of riders who won it 2 years in a row: Lauredi, Poulidor, Ocana, Thevenet, Dufaux, Indurain, Armstrong and Valverde.
From that list only Ocana, Thevenet, Idurain and Armstrong have won the Tour in the same year they won the Dauphiné.

1994 Gewiss/2004 Postal/2006 T-Mobile/2012 Sky?
Either way, it's painful to watch any team dominate like that. For more than one reason.

What does it matter, Machado was pretty good today. Also Pires wasn't bad either. This makes me proud of being portuguese for a few more hours
Anyway Quintan was the man today. It's great to see such a young prospect doing well at this level so soon. What a talent!
