Hey!
One short question;
I´m trying to play Pcm 11 for the first time in 4 months or something like that and installing Pcmdailys db.
So Is the newest patch the best?
I read somewhere some months ago that patch 1.0.3.0 was the best but that may have been before the fix came out to 1.0.4.4?

I do not understand you question.
Normally you install the game like this:
1. Game
2. Patch
3. DB
4. Updates or fixes to that DB
If you do it like that, the patch should not interfere with the DB. |

I did it in that order but it has Tour of Britain 2010 not 2011 in the game and I wondered where I would find the files for the 2011 stages so I can replace then 2010 ones?
There isn't any updates for pcm.daily is there?

Look in the stages sub forum for all kind of stages.
But I guess the stages would be in the DB or the unofficial update if they would exist. |

I think it was in the default game when it came so it must be somewhere on my computer but I don't know where...

I just loaded up the original database and double checked
the only difference is it only has part of Sunday's action, it has the timetrial which was in the morning but not the afternoon's normal race on the same course (This probably isn't possible in PCM) |

Just because they have the right names, doesnt mean they are the right stages. The actual stage files had nothing to do with the Tour of Britain, and were taken from other races.
Pretty certain Ive not seen the 2011 Tour of Britain be made. I did make a few stages a few months ago - the London ones and the Stoke one, but then the Stage Editor pissed me off when making the Welsh stage so I left it. (Regular saving, editor crashed. Reopen file fine, crashes again, and suddenly a lot of work that I had saved had dissapeared)

And Alastair, the way to include both London stages in the game is simply for the TT to be Stage 8, and the RR to be Stage 9, and you have the race ending a day later than it did in real life.

Oh ok, I assumed the name meant it was it but it doesn't matter that it isn't, I will stick to 2010.
I know what you mean about the stage editor, I tried to make my own race last week but gave up because it was useless

I will leave it anyway, at least 2010 is based on the UK  |

Well that's a problem indeed, but there isn't much that can be done. The 3D minishirt model was created for the PCM 08-10 model of shirts. However the 'style' of shirts for PCM 11 has changed (you can see the differences between a PCM 10 and PCM 11 shirt here), but the model hasn't. So minishirts made with PCM 11 styled-jerseys won't look as good as they were. And I don't know if there's someone in the PCM communitty who can modify/create a new model. So we gotta just live with that
