Oh the C2 races are up like Ember said and wow they got some nice races..^^
Too bad some of them aren't in the C1..
Looks like C2 teams are allowed to take part at C1 races, maybe the new teams could then group up with them?
I would throw the whole money out as I think they won't carry the money over the seasons

Will my "Niedersachsentour" be part of Cdiv2?
You once told me that you forgot about it in C1, so possible Cdiv2 race? |

C2 looks great - Clover Lowveld Cycle Tour, Tour of Maroc and a return of the Championship of Zurich. This game just gets better.

Not sure, to be honest. I didnt have anything to do with picking the Div 2 races.

Unfortunately roturn your Niedersachsentour did not make the cut. We only wanted 5 stage races in Europe and thought it best to go with two flat 3 stage races (Picardie and Zeeland) alongside a Spanish mountain stage race (Asturius), and Italian stage race with a TTT (CoppiBartali) and a mixture including cobbles (Belgie)
Sorry yours didn't quite make it.

No worry, was just a fun question actually.
I agree that it`s not the hardest race, with 5 flat stages as no hill is that hard to get rid of the sprinters.
But it`s the area where I grew up. |

Hi guys, I'm making a raceplanner draft for my team, I was told that the race days are same as last year based on avg. So I can figure out the race days for most of my riders, but if yall can help me with a few I can't link back myself;
Im looking for last years Race Points Limits for AVG 63, 68, 76, 78 and 79.
Thanks!

A rough guide to race days
I did a bit in one of my blogs.
AVE 76 = 43 race days
AVE 78 = 34 race days
AVE 63/68 = 85 race days
I think that'll give you a rough idea assuming race days are kept the same.

I have a simular question along the lines of use of budget money. SN, you said that unused wage cap money can be used for other purposes like training, wildcards, etc. But doesn't that mean if I sack a rider I actually wouldn''t be losing anything. Example: I sack a 50,000 wage rider and pay the fee of 50,000. But by what you just said I would get that money back because it is no longer in my wage cap. Does this make sense? And is this how it works?
Forgive me if I'm way off.

Well, youre not gaining either.
But yes, perhaps in future, the fee for sacking should be higher.

You're way off. In fact, I'm surprised, astonished (and it isn't just you) that the entire money issue causes such an issue. It's really rather simple.
You get a budget for a season of somewhere between 3,500,000 euros and say, 5,500,000 euros. For examples sake. For this example let's say you get given 4,000,000 euros.
This money is spent on wages, fees, training, wildcards, and anything else I've forgotten.
That is the use of the money.
Now, the salary cap is just the limiter to say how much money you can spend on rider wages. Should you hire enough riders to take your salary to it's cap (2,500,000 euros) then you've spent 2,500,000 of your budget. If you sack a rider, you spend a further 50,000 of your budget. But you've decreased from your cap, so you are now at 2,450,000. You don't get any money back, you've just allowed yourself to spend another 50,000 of your budget on hiring someone else.
In essence, if you sack a rider, and hire a new one on the same wage, you've just paid for a rider's years wage and sacked him. Ever played PCM07? You could sack a rider then before his contract ended, and you had to pay him the remainder of his salary. That's what this is.
Should you hire another rider, on a 50,000 wage, then in essence you have spent a further 50,000 of your budget (so you've now spent a total of 2,600,000 euros of your 4,000,000 euro budget) and you've re-hit your salary cap of 2,500,000 spent on wages.
Comprende? Oui? Bon!

You're forgetting the wage cap and budget are linked. All the wages you pay are taken out of your budget, thus paying the €50,000 fee means whilst your budget doesn't change (you're still paying the €50,000), you don't have a rider for that anymore

Thanks for all the responses, and explaining it better. But I think the punishment should be X2 a rider's wage in the future becuase it is a more realistic punishment with teams having such large budgets, just what SN said.

Just wondering, does the Man-Game use the Nationality bonus? I need to decide whether to upgrade a Japanese rider for my Tour of Japan goal, or whether to upgrade a non-Japanese rider, who without the Nationality bonus would likely do better towards my goal.

If PCM still does, the management game does (which it definitely used to)

Is it decided between PCM10 and PCM11 yet? It would most likely have some sort of effect on the sort of riders i sign when the day comes. |
