Stage two is done, so time for the next ranking update. Alpecin keeps winning, and almost everybody predicted so. Except for Ulrich everybody gets seven VDP points. Pogacar got picked 13 times, so just like Girmay yesterday, the number two gives six points per person. Ulrich also didn't select Pogi, and neither did kb, which might be because of tactical reasons, hoping to score big with a lesser picked rider.

Number three vingegaard convinced just over half of the pack with eight picks, so just like the six people predicting Alaphilippe, that's 10 points per person. Vauquelin got picked nine times, delivering 3 ppp, but it's Grégoire's 4 picks and seventeen points per person that ensures his 4 predictors a spot on top of the stage's table today.

The winner? ember! As he was the Onley one predicting the young Brit, he gets fifty points for that. And yes, that hurts, as somebody who was very close to picking him as well. Berckmoes gives me ten points, being the only one to predict him. Paret-Peintre and Velasco proved all fifteen of us wrong today. So congratulations to ember on winning the stage, the first predictor to get a win in both GT's this season!

Not only did ember win at least one stage in both GT's now, he's also the first one to wear both pink and yellow, as seen in the new ranking table.
