Thanks to jph and SotD as also the suggestions that really helped with the additions.
It`s not yet final! There might still come some talents or in case a bigger mistake is found, stats can still change!

As pointing out talents is not really allowed, please try to not post any issue here. If you think, one talent is easily overpowered (e.g. MAL couple years ago), please tell me via PM. |

There is some issues with what seems like multiple formattings being used, most likely from different people using different spreadsheet programs and colour codes. Which is what I think Quadsas is reffering to.
