Apologies Booker, I hadn't noticed your correspondence - Kulcyk and Valls now added to the contender lists Smile.

Now that all the PCT teams have been revealed, looks like we have perhaps a stronger field than last year? (don't expect a 76 mtn dude like Marchi to make the top 10 this year f.e. given the riders already announced without a very large slice of good fortune). Think that there is also still potential for a few more contendersin all categories to be revealed by the as yet un-revealed CT teams. Guess a thread on GT's doesn't naturally attract the eye of CT managers!

In other GT related news, the first big rendevous of the season for the PT GT hopefuls is just about to kick-off in Paris-Nice, where devotees will again be studying the form guide with reference to potential identification of the 2018 hierarchy for PT GT relevant riders.

Not sure if the field is that much stronger. But the lack of crashes will certainly lower the chances of 74-76MO guys entering the top 10.

Novikov (if he doesn't abandon during the 2018 GT's) will have 11 GT in a row (just like Ignatenko last year) -> he finished the Vuelta15/Tour15/Giro16/Vuelta16/Tour16/Giro17/Vuelta17/Tour17 up until now.
