Merry Christmas everyone!
Happy to see my mates at Becherovka take a win here. In terms of points it May have been a mistake to send him here, but a TdF stagewin is always great!
A perfect first period of the race for us, with the amount of succes we could have hoped for! Coopel still in yellow worries me a bit, but we'll have to see what Spilak can make of it.
It sucks so bad with these crashes. Kenya Airways really unlucky here, although Kudus wasn't likely to score big. Now I hope for Ponzi to take some wins and do a "Tejay". Sicard with another crash is really annoying. Orange could be relegating because of two GT top 10 riders crashing early. Our own Vasyliv have been Down twice, but luckily for us he is our worst TT rider, so him dropping early on stage 7 would be OK. He just have to be fresh in the final part of the race.

Merry Christmas guys very happy with this start out of trouble Van Zyl seems to be doing the perfect job for Phinney that was planned now a trouble stage in the hills but I have confidence in Phinney after the year he's had to produce something |

Is it too late to ask for my Christmas present? If not, I'd like Henao not to be injured.
Merry Christmas, guys!

Merry Christmas!
Great win by Bewley, after a nice job from Vesely. Must bode well for him considering the upcoming sprints. Still not great from Kristoff, but at least that 8th place is better than the first two sprint stages. Now I've got to hope we start to join the early breakaways, as that's our only chance for some TV time on the hills and in the mountains
Thank you for another report, roturn! |

Finally a perfect stage from my team and the result is similarly just perfect! Too bad we don't have a 21 sprint stages GT. Sam still with a small chance to keep within a touching distance of yellow jersey in the next stage though if racing is really passive all stage long.
Big thanks for the report roturn!

Oh god, stop scaring me Arnaud! Tomorrow's supposed to be your big day..
Indeed very consistent riding by Ciolek (call that a surprise), too bad he was just barely off the podium here. At least he made the right decision to abandon the Pokerstars train, I hoped they could keep the early advantage.

Glad to see that Bewley's train is also working, will just make the battle for the green more exciting if that happens more often than it did the rest of the season.
Congrats Roman!

Wearing the KOM jersey is amazing, Bernas has exceeded expectations already this race, unfortunately Vantomme not even bothered to finish in the top 100 ruins the stage a tad.
Congrats Roman on Bewley's win! and thanks Roturn!

Content so far. Breschel trying his luck in the sprints even making an appearance in a screenshot topping it of with a historiic 2 Finns in a break on stage 3.

Dammit Bewley, why did you have to ruin the Christmas miracle of Maksimov winning a TdF stage? I nearly threw my computer across the room in excitement during those last 1,000 meters.
Also, just going to copy this and replace a word.

To take the shock. Doesnt look like neither henao or abal are injured. Both just suck on hills but didnt lose tons here. |

No attack from Spilak is a wasted opportunity, and still losing the Jersey sucks. We serve the win to Andy Schleck by riding like this, but Atleast we seem to pick up some decent KOM points by riding this way.
We are still in touch of the leaders jersey on stage 7 as it stands, and we keep getting ~25 points pr. stage so far. Next stage will probably drop to 15-18, which is also OK. Leading the Team competition is very important, so let's win that TTT on stage 7. We need time on Phinney and Schleck.

Wooo Phinney you beautiful man another top ride by the team being this active is always a good sign for what is to come but obviously Schleck looks ominous for the last week |

Definitely not the best 2 stages for my team. My sprint train launched too early and lost ground looong way before finish. Faiers lost several minutes in first hilly stage and Gallego Martin has abandoned. Changing of yellow jersey holder doesn´t work in our favor as well.
However, big thanks for reports roturn.

5th for Demare is underwhelming, but made up for by Nerz, who really pushed above his weight (especially when comparing to Wellens and Henao) to be in that front group.
If that means 1-2 GC positions gained in the end, that's worth missing out on the podium.
Still, a good AI would've prepared Demare and Bewley differently for that sprint.

Somewhat disappointing stage considering the lack of action, but still good to see a puncheur like Bakelants take it, eventhough it came as a slight surprise in such a group sprint.
Very nice to see both Nesset and Aasvold being up there in the front group, and Nesset might look like he's on some kind of GC mission here, fighting for a top 30. We shall see, I'd much rather see him join a breakaway or two and forget about the GC.
Congratulations, Crommy! |

Great to see Bernas defending his jersey once again Wonder how long he can go.
Unfortunately LLS had terrible form today, which is a shame, but not the end of the world.
Congrats Crommy on the win! And thanks again Roturn!

Good stage for us even through AI failed us hard in the final sprint. Still fantastic to see Bewley surviving the stage in the main group and with a real chance to jump into the yellow jersey in the next sprint stage! Also König continues to have a decent TdF so far, happy with the stage.
Congrats to Crommy and big thanks roturn for the report!
