Skytrain is too strong as predicted... any other situation and there would be attacks flying everywhere with nobody out front, but not with the train killing any possibility of excitement

Considering that Majka and Pozzo are still there, I would assume that either Sky has eased the pace or those domestiques just don't have it anymore, maybe with exception of Henao. |

This isn't about Sky, that's just what cycling is like now. No serious contenders have ridden like that for years now (maybe Andy Schleck was the last one and you could make a case that Nibali sometimes tries it). If Sky weren't there, someone would just be tapping out a pace.

I was more thinking about the likes of Bardet and Barguil who aren't the top GC contenders but with a stage win up for grabs would definitely be on the attack if they could, but yes, it is a depressing trend.
