total budget is 4550 why do I loose 100 points?

Hey, Can I please get Formolo back, he was part of my dev team. I disbanded that team and now I'm not anymore the owner of him.

Please let's get Volta a Portugal back in the calendar! There are 2 portuguese teams and the race is longo enough to be the CT GT.

From the CT ranking you get 159, minus 210 because of failed goals. That's -50 points from 4500, makes 4450.

As a suggestion for a CT stage race (not a CT GT though) how about the Mzansi Tour? Biased I guess as it's one of my favourite races, but Africa can always use more races.

I'm not in favour of new rankings either though I'd second TheRider's idea of changing the focus races system.
But please don't make it too complex, because I don't want a big goals system (like in MG or EPIC) on top - that would just slow down the game more and more I fear.

Sorry krisa for your trouble with Formolo, he'll of course be added back to your team. Is anyone else missing riders on their squad?
Since transforming the game to PCM15, I can't use my old way to make those excel file databases that's why some wrong numbers may have come in there, but I'll take another look at it. 
Krisa is right he should have 4550 budget, as I added 100 to the teams that are CT and were already part of the last season, to balance out that some teams got +100 for choosing nationalities. In the last steals file I uploaded that is already correct though.
It seems like the majority is against new rankings, so I'll just leave it the way it is. I thought it would be nice to have more rankings to compete for, this of course would have also been included in sponsor goals, but won't be added.
On the focus races, I'd like to hear specific ideas on what to change, I'm not quite sure, what you want to have changed.  |

After some work, I've been able to finalize a first version of the ICL-Archive file. It's comparable to Procyclingstats, just for ICL results.

Unlike Procyclingstats it only contains the top results though. Still that means almost 18000 lines of results, which OZrocker helped me to collect, so thanks to him.
This is only a first version so it doesn't look really good yet, and the races tabs will have to be improved.
There are three tabs you can visit: "Riders", "Teams" and "Races". In Riders you can check the results of a single rider, in teams of a team and in races of a race obviously.
Riders: You can search for riders by their name or ID. In the selector choose 1 if you do by rider. Then you can write the rider name in B1. Select 2 for ID. Write that in A1 then.
In columns H-M you'll now see all results of the riders, that were saved. In A-F you can see in what teams the rider was and how much points he scored in the different rankings.
Teams: Select the team you are looking for with the selector. In A-G you then can see the history of the team and the rankings results. In I-O you can see all results of the team that were saved. In R-X you can see the squad of the team of the year you select in R1.
Races: In C1 put the race you are looking for. You will see the podium records in A-E then. In G-J you can see the final results by putting the year in F2 and selecting what ranking you want to see. In L-O you can look for stage results in stage races.
The Rider collected the general rules that have to be considered through transfer season and season planning. I've put them in the second post of this thread. Some minor numbers may be changed still, but the important ones will stay the same. |

ICL 16 - Renewals

This is how the renewals work: A rider demands a certain wage of you. You can then decide whether you want to accept that wage and re-sign him for the next season, don't prolong his contract or wait. You have three chances to make an offer before the negotiations end.
How does the file work:
1 Put in C3 your team ID. If you forgot it, check it in table "teams".
2 In "Renewals" you see your riders listed. The first thing you want to do is to fade out the empty rows. To do so Click on the arrow in K1 and untick empty cells.
3 In column H the riders current wage is listed in row I the minimum wage that has to be paid. In column K you see the demand of the rider. In the cell on the left of that you usually see a 0. There are three possible exceptions. If there is a "!!!" then you have to agree to the riders demand in your first offer as he is in a danger of a steal. If you don't agree then your rider will leave for another team. Is there only one exclamation mark then also a team is interested in a steal but the offer of that team is not good enough for the rider to accept right away. If that's the case you can do the negotiations as usual. Just when the negotiations fail, the rider will consider again to go to the team that attempted the steal. If there is "IN" written then that rider is already on your team next season as you contracted him through scouting.
4 In N you make your first offers. If you agree to the wage the rider wants just write it there. If you want to make an offer with a lower wage than put in there how much you offer instead. If you want the rider to leave the team put a 0. If you want to wait with negotiations to a later round put a W in there.
5 In row 42 you see how much budget you'd have left with your offers. It is allowed to be over your budget after the renewals but you'd have to pay a fine that is as high as you're over your budget.
6 If you made your offers go to "PM" copy for round 1 cells B-C and send them to me in a table. In round 2 you will send me F-G and in round 3 J-K.
7 After sending me a pm you will get an answer from me asap with the riders reactions. Go to "Renewals" sort the riders after their ID and put the list you get into row R for round 1, for round 2 that'd be row S and for round 3 row T. If a rider is out the list will tell you "OUT", if the rider agrees to your offer it will say "IN". If you didn't reach the min wage he'd accept you will either get 1,2 or 3 +. If it's only one the lowest wage he'd accept is within 50. If there are 2 then it is between 50 and 100 and with three + it is more than 100 away.
8 If you get +s back then you can continue negotiations in column O (round 2) and column P (round 3). If you get back an "IN" or "OUT" than you can't continue negotiations as you already came to an agreement with the rider.
9 If you didn't come to an agreement with the rider after 3 rounds then he'll leave the team.
I hope everyone understands how it works.
If you want, you can wait after the first round of renewals, so I can tell you if your steal attempts went through, so you can calculate better with your budget. If you wish to wait please tell me that in your PM.
Because of that, I hope to get the first round of renewals within 24 hours, maximum you have 48.
