Use the Alt + Enter keys to change from Full Screen to Windowed mode. If this function doesn't seem to help, please try changing your system's resolution to match the default resolution of the game.
With the button functions now available, players should be able to enter the game and can use the in game options to select the correct resolution they wish to use.
Try this not sure though

I last had the 2013 edition, the salary cap that pretty much meant if you played Sky, OPQS or BMC you couldn't do anything really annoyed me, from memory it was around $600,000 per month. Does anyone know if that is still in 15? |

During the loading screen, my game stops to respond and then it works again. Annoys like hell, because I can't tab out in the loading screen then. Besides that and some ridiculous stats, the game looks alright. Only played Be a Cylist yet, tho.

I like it a lot, the dynamic of the AI seems improved, you won't get dozen of headless attacks during the mountains by the AI as you would on 14.
Only downside i've noticed so far is the AI still not working in the classics, i did the Liege bastogne Liege on a 'one day race' and the leader group suddenly stopped with 8kms to go and multiple groups came back, that's pretty annoying when i put half my team on relay to drop favorites (Gilbert, Costa etc).

2. Can't fire any of the Staf
3. Can't hire any of the staf
4. Custom teams can't choose Youthriders
5. Virtual Pro is a little bit dissapointment. how to reach 100% form without losing freshness?

Should've been there at release date of previous PcMs, be glad with the relatively low amount of bugs you have now 
Would be useful if you could report those in the bugs thread, so that Cyanide could be made aware of those and fix it asap
How is scouting fucked up? It changed, change is not always bad.
And yeah 100% freshness + 100% form would probably be close to impossible in real life as well
Also don't forget race days do impact freshness, so don't race and you'll gain freshness more easily as well

Custom teams can't choose young riders seems like a pretty stupid thing to remove. 
Watched so preview videos. Interesting new symbol for form. Kind of liked numbers, but I'm conservative that way. They drastically reduced the heart rates though, which seems like a kind of useless change that only adds a learning curve with no benefit.
Obviously I haven't played it though, so i can't judge.

4. Same stupid non-realistic names (make them realistic)
Example: Tom Boonen -> Tomas Boman
5. Can't hire of fire staff
6. Potentials are just bad now
7. Layout is just ugly, only graphics are good.
8. Youth teams just in November until Februari?
So Development team giant-alpecin and Development Rabobank doesnt exist??? or just dont exist from januari till november
9. At least 100% form and 50% freshness should be possible
10. Come on cyanide no multiplayer?
11. cards from older game won't be transfered to new multiplayer

1 isn't really a criticism, be specific otherwise you aren't helping.
3 is no different to any other PCM and will be fixed in DBs. Would you rather they work on the game or better sponsor jerseys becase in a small studio it is either/or.
4 is because they can't afford/get access to licenses (they are relatively expensive). There are already real name databases.
6 will be fixed in DBs.
9 doesn't sound particularly realistic.
11 would be hard and time consuming to implement.

But someone know how changes the voice comments language? My game is in Spanish, but all voice comments are in English... Thanks |

So far, the performance of the game seems much better and the AI too.
However, lol, in my first mountain stage two teammates raised the pace automatically... somehow forgetting the leader behind. This didn't happen last year. No big deal though, I made them stop.
The only major disappointment so far is the UI. Really I can't even imagine how much time they wasted to change a UI that last year was fantastic... only to make it much worse.
I can't find anything easily, the fonts are tiny, and there are even UI bugs... |

What i have seen from several screens, the game seems terribly optimized with its UI for different resolutions.

I 'm also having trouble finding the right resolution. Whether the font is so small that it is almost impossible to read or some buttons falling outside the screen .. |

No man the young created riders are still there and you can chose them. It's just that they are not in a separate sheet like in the previous PCMs. Now ALL the riders you can select are on the same list (existing and newly created).
By the way I think that Cyanide should have tell this to old players

Not a fan of the new music. It's really irritating. 14 & 13 were fine.
Although I do really like the new interface, it's nice, and easy on the eyes.
