All caught up on my PMs now, and exactly 2/3rds of teams are completed. 40 teams done out of 60. Of the remaining 20, 11 have done at least Round 1.

There are now just 3 teams who have yet to complete Round 1. One of them is on holiday, so they will catch up when they are back - whether transfers has started by then or not.
That leaves two teams who are now delaying the game:
cycleYorkshire
Team Puma - SAP
They aren't the only 2 who havent finished but as they are the only 2 who haven't started, they are the ones that I have serious concerns over.

The pace has been superb! Thanks everyone and especially SN. I had mine done an hour after I sent my first PM. It would've only taken 15 minutes if I replied quicker! Awesome work SN.
Now let's hope Cio and ryant get their stuff sorted soon.
Didn't expect transfers to start this soon, but I've got my plan and I'm pretty excited to get started.

As of yesterday evening, renewals were completed for all teams, with the exception of Novatek - as Selwink has been on holiday for the last week.
I have set the Teams HQ forum so that temporarily, only ManGame managers can access it (except for Selwink). Thus, I am happy for teams to now create HQ posts regarding their renewals, and to reveal the wages of their riders.
