@jihardy: That's sad to hear but I'll keep your team so if you want to come back then your welcome to.
As in terms of the transfer lists I'll give until the weekend as there are a number of teams who haven't sent me a list.

After you have sent the list I will send you the demands of each rider that you wish to sign, and you can meet these demands or move to a different rider

As you may have seen I have posted a list of all the teams on the database and I have included a number of National teams in the Continental race, these will also bid on riders at the same time as continental teams.
What I want you to do now is to send me the name of a continental team you would like to take over. its on a first come first serve basis and you have until Sunday, anyone that hasn't sent me a team name after that date I will send them the name of the Continental team that they will be in charge of.
I will take over Skype Microsoft, also you can't bid on national teams so they are out of bounds. The deadline is Sunday 3pm GMT

Wait so:
I post an already existing team name from the UCI continental tour irl, instead of making my own? Then I also do the riders my sponsor wants, but not extras yet? I don't understand, I also cannot download the DB or file, and you can't fix that, it's on my end. If you could PM full explanation that would be great.

@jandal7: No you pm me the name of the team you wish to take over, however if you dont want to then thats fine just send me a pm saying so.
Then once you have sent the list of names of riders that your World Tour team sponsor wants, so say in my case my sposnor is British, so they may ask me to sign 10 British riders, which must include Chris Froome and Cav, then they may say we want 5 Irish riders, which must include Roche so I would have to send a list of 15 riders that must include the riders that the sponsor has requested. Also you need to include any riders that you need to perfrom in the sponsors target races so say my sponsor may want me to perform well at The Ardennes Classics, so I would buy maybe Dani Moreno or Gilbert to allow me to be competitive in these races. Is that better?

I would like to control a Continental team but don't have the time. Also my management company secondary nationality is now Italian instead of USA, PM'd you a while ago but I don't think it was changed and I want it to be taken into account when transfers come.
