Makes me wonder what could possibly be in store for Stage 3. How do you even top the last two days? The Tour of Poland always delivers unexpected drama.
What a ride by him. So proud I was being defeated by such rider a few years ago
(also leader of my PCM team - well, with a little boosted potential )

This could be a pretty decent race. Especially interesting to see what kind of form Kwiatek and Majka have!
We will not see it here, I'm afraid.
Abysmal season for Garmin. They bring all of their best sprinters here and all they could get from 2 stages was a 10th place. One of those sprinters should go to Utah.
Another flat stage, shorter than previously, the road goes slighly uphill with 1 km to go but other than that it's almost straight to the finish.
In other race I'd bet a sprinter. But here I'd bet space invaders. Or another storm (expected throughout the afternoon on the whole course and during the finish).
EDIT - didn't want to double post, but Strbskie Pleso may be harder than it looks like from the previous posts.
Altimetry for the round 2x25,4 km:
And for the final 3 km:
Yes, it's not Angliru or even Vosges, but definitely this the best long climb in the vicinity of Polish border that you can get. Excluding the Trentino journey last year, this is the most interesting climb in TdP in years if ever. Really happy to see TdP going to Slovakia. And I'm shyly hoping for a miracle and incuding Przełęcz Karkonoska somewhere in the future if not from Polish side
