Erh... yes it is. It's more most F1 divers, cyclists, footballers, tennis players, cricketers, rugby players, swimmers, athletes, runners, rally drivers, le mans drivers, squash players, handball players, boxers, wrestlers, dancers, darts players, golfers, snooker players, LoL players, divers... You get my point.

Add to that that a lot of those sports have prize money, and a whole lot of it. So itf your good, you can make a shit ton.
Congrats on the no hitter, but it seems like they happen every few weeks now.
And I'm glad to see the Astros moving towards the postseason with a great young core. As a Yankees fan I'm glad they're moving that way too instead of continuing the trend of trading prospects for stars.

As well as sponsoring, for most of those sports players get a lot of money from sponsoring, but the same in baseball I guess.

Yet, you won't.
Although I'm pretty scared of Dallas Keuchel. We haven't exactly hit him this year. And we're without one of our biggest bats. You oughtta send him over here to New York so he can get that tarantula nest off his face.

To be honest, any result is a good one for us. To think only two years ago, we were the worst team in the majors, and the Yankees had a payroll ten times ours, even being close to level terms is a great result for this year.
Though I'm a bit worried as to if Keuchel can pitch over 100 pitches this game. There was no way they should've let him pitch 99 pitches and 6 innings in that 21-5 win..

Congrats to the Stros. I knew it from the minute it went up 2-0. The Yankees had no offense the entire game. Their heads just weren't in it, making stupid decisions all around and not getting any help from a strike zone that was terribly inconsistent at the very least.
Abysmal effort by the Yankees that is just not acceptable. Of course, we never would have been in this position if we hadn't lost the division to the Bleu Jays, losing so many head to heads was also unacceptable. And having a severely handicapped pitching staff and our best hitter and fielder out of the lineup didn't help.
Once again, congrats to Houston. Great young team that really know how to produce runs and save them on defense. Good luck in the rest of the postseason. For us, it's on to next year, and for once, the Yankees future looks fairly bright with youth.

Would anyone be interested in an MLB fantasy league? Really getting into baseball as I believe the Astros are going to be great this year. |

Maybe. It would give me an excuse to care more about baseball this season.
I mean, other than OOTP17.

So season kicks off on Sunday! Any predictions?
Personally I think we will see the Astros in the world series after Correa and Springer have a monster year, Keuchel has another great year and Giles provides that shutdown relieving we need. On the NL side I think we will see the Cubs. They have so much talent and Arrieta is one of the best in the business. SO pumped |

So for those doing fantasy baseball, we NEED a total of 8 teams and we only have five teams signed up, so try to see if you can get family or friends to sign or we won't be able to draft. |
