I could if I wanted. Hambantota has an international airport, it isn't that small |

Our headquarter is actually in Barcelona, after Festina was bought in 1984, but let's say Perpignan as that is within the french border, but close to Catalunya.

Nice to see the map with the riders too, i'm assuming Dan Martin is in as climber and as puncher.
Also, you never updated the Bank of Ireland HQ. It's at Glendalough, in the green patch south of Dublin (a.k.a. as the Wicklow Mountains).

Thanks, this was a way more time consuming project than the starting one
Martin is indeed on the map as both a climber and puncheur, while Roche is the final puncheur. (You can left click on each dot to see the names)
Updated your location now, but still don't understand why many managers place their Headquarter in the middle of nowhere |

Wicklow Mountains are great for training on the flat and in the hills, and don't forget, this is Ireland. It's still not even an hour from Dublin, so it's not really the middle of nowhere. And if you go in to streetview, it's really nice there.

@dippofix: Hehe, I guess the training facilities are better than in Hampalampgaophadnota in South-East Sri Lanka

Thanks mate, I moved you to Perpignan as well, actually a place I've heard about before, due to interrail |

I understand that rival PT managers want to get the attention away from their focus countries and direct it to Russia , but you have lies, damned lies, and statistics!
For example if you look closer to Russia the top 7 Russian-non-tinkoff riders have a average age of 31,5, so focusing more on Russia could work for the short term (however LukOil, proved the opposite) that's why I maybe, depending on how the transfer season rolls out, have to look out for a secondary nation.
But don't get me wrong, I would love to see a CT or PCT team with (a little) focus on Russia, because at this point I've to develop my own talents which is hard to do as a single PT team. Without another semi Russian team, Russia will slowly degrade as a result of aging.
So looking forward to have a prosperous business relationship with any manager who is interested in keeping Russia at least in the top 10 of cycling nations!
At the end, it's quite simple, for every county, if you for example have 3 French team and 3 French talents, it's best to work together, and swap riders between teams were the rider fits best. That way your nation will be guaranteed to have good riders in the future and score some points along the way.
That is the first thing I learned from rjc_43, SportingNonsense, CrueTrue, etc. And that is what got me in the PT after 3 years (it originally was a 5 year plan :-))
Maybe promotion even is to soon for us, time will tell, I have a awesome PCT team, but PT is a totally different story. Looking at the HC Race Calendar, I already start to miss the PCT , but PT is probably just as much or even more fun, now with more teams right? Does this btw mean more races?
So from now on, when a new manager post a sponsor/nation focus, lets all say welcome aboard mate! Although a little bit of bullying doesn't hurt the man-game :-) Also everybody can bid on every rider, no matter what country he is from or where your HQ is placed on the map!

Could you move us to the Cesta Fortress atop Monte Titano please Bjartne. It's one of the three mountain top fortresses overlooking the capital.

Geraint Thomas is Welsh and probably doesn't appreciate his current location
Hadn't realized VG was from Illinois or that Summerhill was from Texas... Might move some transfer planning around and see if either can be accommodated now that Wikipedia is gone. I'd love to get either of them or Deombrowski into the team.
And loving the Phinney in three places. I get it, but you could have put him closer together!
