You mean the 2014 one? Normally the GTs are done as community projects, with the threads for each race organized in Cyanide's forum. I think that soon there should be a thread there, if it doesn't exist already

If not done yet, I can do Dubai Tour ? And if you want, I can convert my WC (Spa, Nurburgring, Hiroshima, ...) and NC (Norge 2012, France 2011, Algeria, Iran, ...) from pcm12

PCM 06-11 stages don't work at all on PCM 13.
PCM 12 only partly.
So it wouldn't make sense

Jesleyh - how do you mean 2012 stages only partly work? Thought I read somewhere that they did work, so I've downloaded loads of 2012 races for next season... do I need to remove them? |

No. They basically work, but there are some issues.
The map function doesn't work at least, and I think I've read that the wind setting doesn't work anymore, so that it's a bit randomized.
No game-breaking issues, don't worry

Can you convert the NC's please? I like them very much when i played pcm2012 and i would love it if i can play them to at PCM2013.
