Wow, what a huge result! Cheering for Meiji now!
Great report too, you certainly kept me in suspense.

Happy with that, Ji was unstoppable. Now hopefully Marquez can keep his 4th spot or possibly make it to the GC podium.

I wish Schurter did do 38'38 as it says in the report, looks like it actually was 39'38 unfortunately. If it was 38'38 then he'd be in the top 10 on GC, just over a minute back which would have been alot nicer tehn his current 17th with not much hope of taking a top 15.

So close in the GC, it's more scary than fun! Well done by Meiji. If I weren't racing here myself, and having a man so high up, I would be cheering for you!

Lloyd for the win
Great day for Meiji, congrats! Even though i feel too much pressure for the relegation atm. Hoping for Lloyd to slip into Top-10 in GC, he should be able to do so.

Meiji needed to start getting some good results, if they can pull this off then that will be quite awesome!
Not the greatest ride by Bibby, but still 5th overall and the Points jersey. Plus an African 1-2 in the U25 competition is good for us too.
Stage 5 will be very interesting.

Quite pleased with Efimkin's 2nd place on stage 3, although I obviously would've liked to see a slight gap registered. Will be hard for him to do much in the GC now, given his current deficit. Hoping for carnage on the next stage and possibly a stage win.
Dyachenko on the other hand was a disappointment on Fuji and finished further down than I would've preferred. Luckily his GC position is fairly decent.

If anyone (other than me of course) is going to win this, I hope it's Meiji. Ji may not be a Japanese rider, but he riders for a Japanese team, and that's close enough.
It would be great if Masuda can gain 21 seconds on Lloyd, so that we can slip into the top 10 and achieve our goal. It's going to be a long shot though, with tomorrow the only chance of that happening...

My goodness! Stage 3 was a strong result but to win on Fuji is simply amazing. A little ironic a year after dropping partnership with Fuji bikes.
IM really hoping that Ji can hold the result as it would be the highlight of the team in it's existence.
A great report too. Was very nervous hoping the final riders couldn't beat Ji's time.

Great report and what a smash from Ji, congrats to Meiji, i hope they will hold the lead now, but Ardilla, Marquez and Castano will be dangerous. Go Go Japan!

Not the result I was hoping to come home to, but okay - Ching Chang did well. I hope that Castaño can pull of a result like stage 3, and take the overall even though it will probably be hard in a course that doesn't really suit his characteristics. One can hope!

A bit disappointing Lloyd. Too less, especially as other teams score high at the moment.
Congrats to Meiji for a great race on home soil, and HTC for staying in PCT

The home/regional bonus is too strong here in Japan for us to make a great impact. Congrats to Valv once again. I'll take 11th and 18th and move onto May.

What a race by Meiji so far! Huge congrats from your middle eastern friends in Armavia
Very pleased with Adamou, Wang and Banihammad with all 3 getting back to top 30 GC. Sprinters abolished on two of the stages so far, do anyone know who is the best sprinters still in the peloton? Will be an interresting last stage, hoping for no flat tires or crashes.

Wohooo!!!! Didn't expect that at all. Brilliant riding by Marquez.
2 stage races, 2 wins ( maybe that is, still 1 day to go :L ) Seems our racing plan for him is working perfectly so far.

Wonderful to have almost landed another strong result thanks to the always reliable Castaño. A little regret though that he couldn't drop Ji, and close that gap up to the others, but Marquez deserves the win - great performance, especially considering that he crashed earlier in the race
