You clearly didn't get the memo. E3 Prijs is mine this year so yeah ummm, you might want to rethink that

Team Equipment Finished for the Season ahead !
Our helmet maker, Fintas outdid himself on the two helmets. They look fantastic and show off a very good vibe. I am sure our riders will look sexxy in those helmets, something which is important... in some ways at least.
Fcancellara also completed a set of accessories for our team which includes gloves, bidons, socks and the likes. It completes our equipment, and we'll show off our whole complete set of equipment as our 4 riders take part in another training ride. Stay tuned until then

Training Ride for Re-Signed Riders
Few of our mangers and riders took for another training ride and we've snapped one photo for you to show. What it reveals is the brand new helmet, which is amazingly good looking. It all shows off our accessories for this year, such as socks, gloves, bidons and leggins. We've not yet decided on the bike issue, but it's not a bad situation to be in, with two great bikes to choose on offer.
Lastly, thanks to all that made realize this for stuff. ANFreeman ; Felix_29 ; fcancellara & Fintas. Bloody amazing job

Nope First, he doesn't fit our philosophy in our 1st year in the division. We will have zero competitive climbers and will enter very few ( possibly none ) races with mountains. However that doesn't mean we will not try to sign a GC talent. However, no climbers in our team this year at least. And Laverde doesn't fit our team that much, he's a very good rider but we opted for him to leave.

HC Races Announced
Race | Priority | Goal |  Tour of South Africa | *** |  E3 Prijs | *** | * |  Philadelphia International | * | |  Tour of the Czech Republic | ** | |  Berlin ProRace | * | |  Criterium Hainleite | *** | * |  Eneco Tour | * | |  Manx International | ** | |  Clasica San Sebastian | ** | |  Giro dell'Emelia | * | |  Tour of Beijing | ** | |  Japan Cup | ** | |
As you can see from our .HC races, our goal this season will be away from mountains. Hilly Classics, Cobblestones and Sprints are our focus and 4 designed leaders for those areas. We hope with this focus we'll survive the toughest year for any new team and go from strength to strength.

We will meet a lot too, so I can only hope you will have to fork out a lot of cash for the hilly stuff. I'll ignore bumpy terrain

It'll be definitely good to race you. I think our team will have always special bond coming from D2 as well as the epic Tour of Utah race.

I hope not ( abut forking out too much ) but I hope you get a decent sprinter We'll be definitely fun competing in many Belgian / Dutch races against you for sure

Great minds think alike ?
I think we'll see each other in 90% or more of races this season, as we both focus on very similar aspects and not really mountainous squads. We might grow tired of seeing each other at the end of the season I doubt it though, it should be fun.

Name: | Jérôme Baugnies | Nationality: | | Age: | 26 | Wage: | €350,000 | Specialization: | Cobbler |
Jérôme is our most competent cobbler in the team and the rider that will try to achieve all 4 of our goals. There's high pressure for him to perform but we know he can deliver. Being only 26 we hope that Baugnies will be part of our team for quite some time and mentor our younger riders like Vanbilsen or Asbroeck. Great flat, stamina, hill skills will definitely help to take the win in all the important goals, against the might Team Bpost who will be our biggest contenders this year.
[img-r]https://i1130.photobucket.com/albums/m537/Alakagom/marquez.jpg[/img-r]
Name: | Florentino Marquez | Nationality: | | Age: | 26 | Wage: | €400,000 | Specialization: | Climber |
Quite an unexpected signing I have to say. At the start of the window we though we'd have no climbers. At the end, we end up with Tour stage winner and one of best climbers in the world. Marquez will have to do splendidly however to stay with the team more than a year however. No big pressure is put on him though as of yet, but we need his points to keep in this division. He'll only race C1 races which should beneficial for scoring the points. We expect few wins and few good GC's from him through the season.

Indeed. More pleased to get Baugnies really. But Marquez was indeed quite a bargain at the price, plus the age plays good part in his deal. Looking forward to see some of battles with Arroyo

Name: | Marc de Maar | Nationality: | | Age: | 29 | Wage: | €90,000 | Specialization: | All - Rounder |
Marc was one of our first signings and will be essential part of our team. He's great lead-out rider, time - trialist, capable puncheur and attacker. We'll hope Marc will get into plenty breaks and with his abilities steal some big victories for our team in the upcoming season.

Name: | Pieter Serry | Nationality: | | Age: | 25 | Wage: | €50,000 | Specialization: | Puncheur |
Pieter Serry was the first rider on a shortlist few months back. Boy I am pleased we have him in our team, even better for a minimum wage. He's already excellent puncheur, but in 2 years will become a amazing one at that, along improving as a climber, Serry will become our most trusted deluxe domestique.

Sander Armee is another hilly skilled puncheur which we welcome to the team. Armee is already quite experienced rider and hopefully will help our developing talents, as well trying to get into breaks as well as fight it out in the finishes in hilly races mostly.

Name: | Kenny De Haes | Nationality: | | Age: | 28 | Wage: | 86,100 | Specialization: | Cobbler |
Kenny De Haes acquired on transfer will be the main helper for Baugnies. Good cobbler with good hill and flat stats is what we were looking for and what we got. Kenny will hopefully be part of few breaks and put a lot of pressure on other teams early on.

Name: | Julien Berard | Nationality: | | Age: | 26 | Wage: | 90,000 | Specialization: | Climber |
Julien is one of our late signings and is here to help out Marquez in all the mountain stages ahead. He's an excellent climber to be around and we hope he can either catch breaks or protect Marquez as long as possible. At only 26, he's another young rider we signed this season.

Name: | Ian Boswell | Nationality: | | Age: | 22 | Wage: | €180,000 | Specialization: | Puncheur |
Ian is one of the most promising riders to enter the cycling scene. Destined to be a great puncheur, and set off from the start we always had him in our minds and it came to fruition. He's not a winning material rider at the moment, but in few years he will. We're also glad we have at least one rider from America which should please our sponsor too.

Tom Van Asbroeck is a very versatile young man. Capable in hilly terrain, cobble and having the kick to challenge in the sprints at the end. At the moment we are not sure how we'll train him, but we know one thing - he will be a great asset in few year's time for our team either as a sprinter or a top cobbler.

Vanbilsen is what Belgian riders are all about. Great cobblers, great fighters, great flat riders, have great stamina and are strong when the terrain rises on the punchy hills. And what we got in Vanbilsen is exactly that. Vanbilsen is the next big Belgian star, at least on cobbles and we've extremely happy he choose us at the end.

Marc is our first stage racer we have signed, and part of our plan to slowly build strong mountain squad that would be able to deliver good results.
