Now with the help of all u guys i have been winning mountain stages with slightly weak teams,can anyone help me regarding time trail with not so good guys,ie how to minimize my loses with andy schleck |

now regarding player contracts:- Andy schleck and teejay vangarden have joined other teams for a salary less than mine,what can i do for other riders so they dont leave my team and why this had happened |

If I understood you correctly, he already signed a contract with another team. In such a case you cannot try again.
I would recommend that you try to prolong the contract before other teams can contact your riders, for example in march. Then offer a reasonable amount, especially if you really want to keep the rider.

i am using ur editor is there any way to reduce salaries,inc contract length,or change sponsor goals.plzz tell me with full steps{I tried changing sponsor goals but, when i see in game it shows the new goals set by me,but followed those original ie if i not win certain race it got depressed } |

Didn't you offer enough money?
Salary amount and contract length can be set in the table DYN_contract_cyclist.
I don't know what full steps you need as you seem to be able to "Extract cdb" and "Export to cdb":
1. Make sure that "use table lookup" and "use team filter" are ticked
2. Open the table DYN_contract_cyclist
3. Search the rider you want to edit
4. Edit the columns required
5. Continue with the next rider

Indeed, look for the lines with Constant "LoadingTipsCareer" and "LoadingTipsRace" in STA_localized_string in the Local.cdb.

It is there. Either you opened the wrong file or you are looking in the wrong table.
But it is almost impossible to help any further because it is so simple. Do you even know how to use an editor? If you have excel, I guess it would be easiest to use my excel editor but my other editor should do the job also. |
