I wonder if the hill is long enough to drop some riders, but I don't know. What did you experience?
Oh and looks as good as always!
With the PCM12 mountain AI, I'm going to say no. It's pretty much impossible to split the peloton on any climb due to this.
Thanks btw.

Next stage is the race's first time trial, stretching between Grosseto and Orbetello, still on the west coast. Should open up the gaps in the GC a bit more before the riders head for a rest day. Mountains coming up next.

First serious mountain stages heads inland to finish on altitude in Pian de' Valli, just above Terminillo. The final climb is quite hard, especially towards the end. By far the hardest stage so far in the race.

Wow, that's hard! Do you play with J-Rod and Katusha? |

Fairly a large group on the top of such a mountain, looks like Montevergine in 2011
Not many words to describe the screens, just.. beautiful

No, I played as Astana to turn up the difficulty a bit.

It's not always like that. I've played it a few times. Sometimes there's a small group, sometimes there's riders spread out all over the climb. It all depends whether there are attacks or not.

Seems to be a great moutain stage, as usual (for me you're just the best stagemaker, so this Giro will certainly be the best, too )
And what to say about the screens ? |

Finally found some time for a new stage after a busy week.
Another mountain stage, with a lot of climbing on the route towards the top finish in Pescocostanzo, last used back in 2008. While the final kickup to the finish line isn't extremely difficult, the Roccaraso climb really shatters the field.

Next stage runs from high altitudes and Roccaraso down to the eastern coast before returning inland for a finish on the hilltop in Chieti. The brutal road up there is climbed three times with the finish atop the last one of those.

The screens with Chieti in the distance (3 and 6) look fantastic, very nice job Btw, did you play Astana again? 3 wins for Katusha now, too much to be a coincidence

Thanks a lot!
@ luigi - Actually Lampre. Purito is simply dominant on these climbs.

Really nice screens and stages, though it seems you like to tire the cyclists's legs. |

Thanks man!
I think it's a quite well balanced route, as you will see with the upcoming flat stages. But there certainly are a few real legcrackers.
