@joselesm go to my computer -> Hard Drive (often C? -> Program Files -> Cyanide -> Pro Cycling Manager -> CM_Textures -> cycliste -> team -> c00.
In game when you select a jersey it may have the minishirt of the original custom shirt, but in-game it will be your new one.

Hhhmmm, well I don't know what to do I'm afraid. I'm not using my own computer and I don't have PCM2012, so I don't know how to help. Maybe post a thread and explain you're problem and somebody else might know and help you. Sorry
