If you're seeing Plouay - Ploauy, the game can't find the stages: 1) either they're not placed in CM_Stages; 2) they're named incorrectly.
The stages should be named like this (if it's a stage race):
"[gene_sz_filename from STA_race]_[01/02/etc]_2012[or another suffix if it's a variant]"
So for example, if you gene_sz_filename is "alpepedro", they should be named:
"alpepedro_01_2012"
"alpepedro_02_2012"
and so on.
But if it is an one-day-race like he said, than he has to name it just alpepedro_2012, or I'm wrong? |

Ups, I missed the part he said it was a one-day race
Could you copy and paste the name in the DB and the filenames?

Name in DB should only be "alpepedro". Then file name should be "alpepedro_2012".

Can get the race insterted fine, appears fine, right region etc.
But it always links to plouay not the right stage.
Got the right stageID etc.
When i add the stage in STA_Stage it all looks fine
but as soon as i go back to STA_Race or export db, it vanishes from the db? any help?

file is c2_maldon and i believe c2_maldon
But when i add the stage in STA_Stage i add it, but then as soon as i leave the page it disappears!
IDrace 600
gene_sz_filename c2_maldon
fkIDfirst_stage 1600
fkIDlast_stage1600
IDstage 1600
fkIDrace 600
gene_b_selected 1

The files should be called c2_maldon_XX_2012 (XX=stage number, if it's a classic write 01).
And what editor are you using? There are probably a save button somewhere.

If it's a classic you should skip the XX part

Actually in PCM12 it's much easier to add stages than in PCM11 and earlier, so you are lucky

Do you have the latest patch? Several people also experience crashes when loading/creating a new stage with the 1.3.0.0 stage editor.
