As we all know Steven Cozza has decided to retire from Cycling for the time being, due to a personal illness he is fighting, which is not allowing him to focus on cycling as much as he would like.
I am writing because I dont think many people realise just how much of a blow this is to our team though! He is an American rider so the boost that gives to the sponsors would have been huge, but now is lost. And apart from that, Steve is also a terrific rider and would have been one of our road captains for his leadership and smart riding, since he is a veteran of the sport!
It must have been really tough to step away from the sport like that, but at the end of the day, this is just bike racing and life is more important than that. We wish him all the best with his illness.
We have offered him a role in the management team! His wife used to work for Garmin so that she could stay close to him, so we figure he will be even more prepared for this. He should be able to focus on his illness while also still being a factor in the sport he loves so much!

johannes, you just have to be on at the right time, its luck ( I will try to post these at different times thru the year btw, not just at night for me, as that would give guys like Mresuperstar an advantage)
And whitejersey, sorry, there are no riders available, but hopefully I can get through the season quickly, and I will probably have a larger group of riders in Season 2, so more choices.
I've figured out a better idea. I will take the answers in PM that way double answers are only a coincidence and then I can award points for every correct answer!
