My career crashes on the 2nd of June 2014. The last 10 lines in the log say this:

What can I do to make the game work again? I have put a lot of time into this savegame, so I would like to be able to continue playing. The game freezes when the training bar is full when I try to go to the next day. I am using Lachi's season planner and the PCM.daily 2012 DB V2. I had no problems in the first two season. On the second of June in 2014 the game crashes when I try to go to the next day.
