When you go into custom data base you click on the team and it has there info and there jersey i click on the jersey and that is where it shows dds files, is tht where i need to save my jersey?? I don't think it is right spot cuz it is not the same location you have mentioned. And if it is the right spot what program can change to dds files?? And do you have the actual game or did you down load it from the website?? I downloaded mine maybe that is part of the problem. Is there a specific screen shoot i can take to help you?? |

There isn't any difference between the downloaded version and the 'normal' version of the game. But for the record, I DLed my game.
You should use a decent editor, rather than the official one  (Full Editor, Fast Editor, Lachi's Editor)

Okay under fast editor it says the jersey is C18 which i did change and try and still does not show up in the game. |

Ok, running out of ideias. All I know is that the problem isn't in the jersey file (at least not in the one you attached). Try re-doing all the steps, not much more I can say

I think my days of making jersey's is over. I have no idea y it is not working. I am doing everything correctly. Cuz i put it in the game and then i can go and open the file again with Photo shop. It almost seems like the game is not reading the file or something. |

Test, in what? No, you don't need to.
I am doing everything correctly. You can't assume that. If you were it would work.

The directory you're saving it is indeed correct, no idea why it isn't working.

The video was more of a joke 
Ok here's something you can try: get a team from the DB your playing with (for example, Quickstep), make a backup of their jersey, then put your custom jersey in the place of Quickstep's jersey and see if it works (then later you replace them again).

Not sure if i am understanding. But i have taken astana and put that in place of the custom jersey c00 and still did not load the jersey. |

No, the other way around: put your jersey in the place of Astana's and see if it works.

yes  took it out and put it on my desktop. Can you send me a screen shot of where you put my shirt in order to get it in the game
