So, all the trouble is now gone, and i can finnaly finish this pack.
altough i have some questions avout the file extension
I'll save them in DDS but there are a lot of types.
DDS DXT1(NoAlpha)
DDS DXT1
DDS DXT3
DDS DXT5
DDS 444-4 16 bits
DDS 555-1 16 bits
DDS 565 16 bits
DDS 888-8 32 bits
DDS 888 - 24 bits

What program are you using? Usually on Photoshop or Paint.NET it's just Direct Draw Surface.

You may be right actually, Photoshop is not compatible with DDS. Download Paint.NET, quite simple to save from that.

To save in Photoshop just download a .DDS plugin (search in Google for it). As for the format if I'm not mistaken DXT3 generating Mip Maps will work in game. I've no idea what each of these mean, but I believe there's no 'better one', just accepted formats by the game or not. Either way, just save it and test it in the game. If it doesn't work, try saving in another format, but I'm pretty sure this one will work.
Edit: indeed, as said fcancellara, several formats of DDS will work. I'm seeing in my folder, there is minimaillots on 86 kbs, 257 kbs and 33 kbs and them all work.

In Paint.NET I always save as A8R8G8B8 DDS, which makes the minimaillots 257 KB

The file is done! I hope everything works fine. I'll wait for the feedback.
the pack includes all the DDS files to every single WT Team plus the PNG of the WCR and WCTT for graphic use (such as storys e.g)
I'll be waiting for any mistake, suggestion and feedback.

Great job Dareun! 
If you allow me to do so, I've changed the names of the files to match with the PCM Daily DB, and updated it to an easier installation (described in details - in 1 line - in the Read Me folder).
Btw, I think you forgot to include Euskaltel and Saxobank in the pack. At least they didn't come in the download link you've posted.

The Movistar logo is pretty much the same. Hoestly i like this one the most, thats why i used it, i guess its not such a big difference. the bigmat logo is not centred since i tryid to make it bigged then the original shirt, but its placed under the square (FDJ). I mean, the end of BigMat is positioned by the squares positios (hope u know what i mean, i cant really explain.) btw, is not that much miss-placed since the zipper in on the G letter, instead of between G and M

But it's still the wrong Movistar logo. It ain't good enough too use the wrong logo because you don't like it... I didn't really get the Bigmat part...
But, it's still ment too be in the middle:

If u look at it, the 'right' logo, has some different green tone, which i tryd to change and faild at it. there for, i used this one. With the texture, the green tone gets lighter.
the BigMat logo is align with the bottom point of the FDJ Square. |

But you're FDJ logo shouldalso be moved to the left! And what is it you can't make work with the right logo... You download it, cut the white part of, and place it on the shirt! |

This Shirts have 3 Essential parts:
1- the shape, solid color.
2- the shape's shaddow
and also 3 layers of textures, which are placed on top of everything make everything a little lighter, therefor, the 'copy-paste' method wont work here. I tryd it, and the green tone got to lighter and to 'dead' so i used the other one, and add some sat i guess to it. |
