Try and not waste Rory Druce's Talent early in the season, hes a Big stage racer, target a giro maybe?
Mr Druce let the board know of his desires in this years TDF, and as such he is our big hope for this, We intend to set him up for stage wins, and expect to see him attacking, as he goes after the mountain jersey this year.
In a private word with the manager Rory also expressed his wishes in the second half of the season, and as such offered his services right at the beginning of the season, he intends to work on fitness so he is in his prime come early-mid July.
I hope this resolves your fears? and we hope to see you getting involved on our blog page, where you can post questions such as this, directly to the rider or DS.
Guys, don't worry, its not that im losing interest in running this, i'm just busy tonight, so there won;t be any updates this evening, apologies, friday may well see a larger collection.
The Etoile is a 5-part road race, consisting of 4flat stages, before concluding in a hilly stage with another flat finish, as such the board decided on a team based once again around our teams two out and out sprinters, Pye and Zhou.
the team, decided that in-form Cavendickx would make a suitable leader for the side, though the team that was selected, were picked with sprint finishes in mind.
Team Youtube Twitter showed the competition how to finish a flat stage in today's stage, claiming a one-two with sprinters Pye and Zhou, aswell as current UCL White Jersey holder Jey-Cy Cavendickx sprinting to fourth place, the team DS was said to be extremely pleased with the teams professional attitude today, and feels that the victory which the team have claimed, was well earned.
I follow what your saying, but it is fairly realistic, the team we are riding with, is strong enough to perform successfully in the Pro Tour, we are riding with 78's 79's and 80's in an early season tour...
Though i shall consider it, no fun winning every time after all
Due to the profile of the latter half of the race, the standard train were unable to form, and with 3.9k to go, it was Kando Boss, who found himself protecting sprinter Mike Pye, the two were part of a 4man escape group, consisting of 2 other sprinters, in conjunction with the two TYT riders.
Spoiler
With 1.6km to go Geslin of team FDJ started his sprint, and initially looked likely to hold on and take the stage, however, Pye who had saved himself for a late attack, set off, and caught Geslin as he rounded the final corner, taking consecutive stages, and protecting his jerseys.
At the beginning of the race, a group of 15 riders attacked away from the front of the peloton, though of these 15, only 6 were able to pull away properly and form a breakaway, the most notable rider in the break, was H.Dekkers, who had 6points in the KOM competition.

After about 65km, the TYT riders decided the breakaway, with its 6'00+ break, had got too far ahead, and as such, it was time to start driving the peloton, and as such, the Domestiques took up roles at the front of the peloton, working together, to pull back those up ahead.
Spoiler
The breakaway hung on until 7km from the finish, where the joint efforts of FDJ and TYT were enough to reel them in. The riders put in a credible performance, and for a while, it seemed they would manage to get away.

The riders of TYT were unable to get too far ahead with there sprint train, and so with 3km left, Jey-Cy Cavendickx, attacked protected by Kando Boss, the two riders pulled a gap between themselves and the peloton, they were able to make an extremely successful One-Two for Team Youtube Twitter.

Pye didn't receive the protection he required from his team, and sadly only managed to achieve 5th place, whilst this result was good enough to protect his lead on the jerseys he holds, Pye seemed disappointed he couldn't take a third consecutive stage.
Team congratulations go to Jey-Cy Cavendickx, for a highly effective late attack, and a hard earned stage victory, after his release on the team blog yesterday evening, he seems to have inspired himself to put in the extra yard, and his personal friend Boss, was able to give him the initial cover he needed to get away.
