It is some really great photos and very good work!
But are there no other way of adding the equipment to the game by deleting other equipment? And thereby changing the name of all equipment?
Cause then you have to delete some other helmet as ex. tour leader to get gilbert helmet? And then it still has to be named tour leader, or else it will not work? Or am I wrong?

There is a way to add the files to the DB but I don't know how it works with PCM11. Easiest way is to replace an helmet like tour leader.

I found a "bug" on Liquigas helmet.
Anyway, is a great job what you do. BoogieBoogie and Bikefreak are The best.

I haven't tried the helmet in game yet, so what i'm saying next may be wrong. But I think the "bug" is in the cyclist viewer. I had the same problem with the sky TT helmet in the cyclist viewer, but it worked fine in game.
Correct me if i'm wrong

My guess: you chose the first model in the cyclist viewer. Thus, also the position of the hands are wrong (your screenshots shows that, too). With the second model you shouldn´t have any of these problems.
