I installed the database, following the listed steps and when I tried it out, I found that everything worked correctly apart from the new stages in the database, they crashed upon being clicked on and upon being simulated through. I'd love to play this database and would really appreciate it if someone could tell me what I've done wrong and/or how to rectify it. |

I'm guessing you installed the database files to the wrong folder. Make sure that they are placed inside your main PCM-folder, e.g. Program Files/Cyanide/PCM. |

It's generally recommended to have separate installations of the game for each database - but yes, it would probably work fine.
Yes, you still need the fix. |

I want to try this DB, and as far as I can say, I installed it correctly.
But wherever in my Documents-folder I put the PCMNorge.2007DB.cdb in, it won't show in-game.
I found out that when I unzip it, it takes a lot of time (~5 minutes), and the window suddenly closes when the progress is around 60%.
Is there any mistake I did?

Oh, and when I put it in the place it's obviously supposed to be, it doesn't appear in the in-game options, and it gets deleted in the folder when I return to desktop.

I installed the database yesterday and i am playing without problems, so dont know what is wrong with yours Cio. I replaced the files in Program files and local.cdb to Documents/PCM 11 and than Pcm Norge2007.cdb to Documents/Pcm11/Database and no problem seeing it in-game.

I'm having the same issue. Its in the right folder but won't work. I've downloaded previous DB'S before and they worked but for some reason this one is not working for me. Any ideas?

i see the DB in the in-game options menu and i can see the list of starters. But when i click single player and click any of the options in their (stage race, classics) it crashes. The stages are in the Pro cycling manager -season 2011 folder that was in the PCMNORGE2007 download so i don't know whats wrong.

Did you copy/cut and paste the Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2011 folder that was in the download to Program Files/Cyanide?

No, i extracted it into Program files/Cyanide. extracting/copy and pasting might be different, idk but i followed the instructions correctly. I now have two different folders inside Program files/Cyanide. Pro Cycling manager 2011 (normal) and Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2011 (came from the download.) in Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2011, i have a folder named CM_Stages where all the 2007 stages are. so i don't see whats wrong. I also had the same issue as someone above where the local.cdb and PCMNorge2007DB.cdb extracted to 60% and then finished. That might be the problem but all the files are where they are suppose to be.

You shouldn't have 2 folders. Move all the files from the folder that came from the download to the folder to the normal folder of the game.
Oh, and don't say that all the files are placed correctly. If they really were, you wouldn't be having this problem

Already tried that and it didn't work. I moved the enire folder from the download into programs files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager 2011. And still have the same issue.

Normally the game folder name is "Pro Cycling Manager - [Season] 2011", with [season] being the word that can vary according to the language of the game - e.g. saizon.
If there was a problem when extracting the files, then yes you should re-download. If not, you should just install it correctly.
