What a move by Fuglsang. Jumping on the 2nd out of nowhere. |

Thanks! He was actually just trying to stay on Bennati's wheel, he was there all the time, but it is still very surprising that he managed to beat a guy like Dumoulin, who is clearly in a good form too. The finish was a bit uphill too, and I guess that was in favor for Fuglsang.

I know, but I am running the game on my MacBook. It hasn't got the best graphics card in the world, so I have to disable some graphics.

Summary of the month - January
This decision can't have been so hard. Three stage wins and both overall and points classification in Tour Down Under speaks for itself. Bennati deserves to be rewarded the title as rider of the month.
The best young rider was probably a bit harder to decide, but Anthony Roux's 15th place overall and 2nd place in the U25 classification in Tour Down Under was apparently the best they could find and it gave the frenchman this award.

What Oman version do you play? The sprinter or the climber edition?
Anyway you have some nice sprint finishes in February. |

Allauch > Aubagne
Our squad
Jakob Fuglsang
Fabian Wegmann
Anders Lund
Martin Pedersen
Domenik Klemme
Will Clarke
Tom Stamsnijder
Oliver Zaugg
Fuglsang will be our leader, as he is in best form. Lund and Wegmann will be co-leaders.
Favourites
*** Jakob Fuglsang
** Bert De Waele
* Anthony Geslin
Sorry, I forgot to export, so no complete startlist.
The riders starting in Allauch earlier today.
We decided to let Zaugg, Pedersen, Clarke and Stamsnijder relay in front of the peloton to prevent breakaways. It worked, no breakaway got away today.
At the foot of the biggest climb of today Stamsnijder and Clarke were out of energy, so Zaugg and Pedersen had continue by themselves. The peloton was really stretched out by the hard pacemaking.
On the penultimate climb of today only 54 riders were left in the peloton thanks to the hard pacemaking by Zaugg and Pedersen. Clarke and Stamsnijder was really struggling at the back to not lose contact.
Fuglsang went to the front and created a small gap directly on the last climb. Wegmann and Lund was still feeling good, but all our other riders was struggling.
Nobody had the power to close the gap to Fuglsang. Halfway up the climb he already had built up a gap of 30 seconds. Geslin attacked from the peloton and De Waele and Cherel countered, but none of them were able to create a gap.
On the descent, 5 kilometres from the finish, Fuglsang had a gap of 50 seconds.
In the pack Fabian Wegmann was well positioned on the wheel of frenchman Anthony Geslin, who was the best sprinter left in the group. Wegmann was still feeling really good.
They were not able to bring Fuglsang back, though, and the dane grabbed his first victory of the season. In the peloton Geslin was starting the bunch sprint, and was by far the strongest in the group.
Geslin easily took the second place in the bunch sprint. Wegmann couldn't hold the frenchman's wheel, but still finished on a great third place. A great day for Leopard with two riders on the podium.

Great results in Australia and France!!
And will repeat Roturn's question if you're using the sprinter or climber version of Oman. Hopefully it's the climber, I wanna see that one in action

I missed when roturn asked it, but I am using the 2011 version, including Jabal Al Akhdar. Andy Schleck will make his season debut there, maybe he can try something on the mountain.

Hope the startlist is stronger than in my story as the mountain and the time trial are won by the strongest climber easily.

The Tour of Qatar is the first of the two races in the middle east. This race is usually won by a sprinter, as all the stages are completely flat. The wind will be demanding in this race, the riders will have to pay attention all the time to not get dropped.
