You have to do that yourself
just look them up in "Races" and mark them somehow in the Planning Tab.  |

Yeah, was a bit confused when I had finished and nothing red popped up, oh well, back to the drawing board tomorrow

I so far only got 24 out of 54 correctly filled out planning sheets.
Almost nobody managed to send in a sheet with no mistakes with the first try.
I'd really appreciate if you could send in your files very soon if you haven't done so. Considering the low outcome so far and my Uni schedule, I'll extend the deadline until Tuesday. |

Had a few problems with that triple header of WT stage races, but everything has long been smoothed out. Was definitely a tight balancing act for me, 12 riders finished with 0 race days left and only one had more than 9 left at the end, the perils of a quality squad I guess.
Bikex - I imagine you will have to do quite a few of those planners, at least a few people in ICL15 are already completely inactive, and have been for months, and we haven't started the racing yet! Still, is there a chance we can start racing soon? Full planners don't have to be done for the first races of the season to commence. |

I'm really happy with having Fabial Roth on my squad, because he has 98 race days (or something like that) so I can race him whenever I need a rider.

Sure, mine's all done so I'm available to help anyone who needs it.
First thing you do is download both the DB and Race planning files. Open the DB file and copy your team's stats. Next, open the Race planning file and paste that data into sheet called 'Riders' (overwrite the two riders there, they're just to show you how it works).
If that didn't help, you can send me a PM and I'll try to explain it a bit better.

I apologise to Bikex for my planning being a pain in the ass and needing so many adjustments, but fair to say it was a unique problem that caused the difficulties for the most part Luckily i got it in a bit early!

Scouting Round 1

The ICL released data on all U21 riders that want to go pro in the season of 2016. The problem is that this data is very imprecise and nothing is said about the potential of the riders. Luckily some of the teams have kept some money to invest into scouting these riders.

Read the following guide:
#1 First thing to do is add your Team ID in C2. If you forgot your Team ID you can check it in the table "Teams". There you can also check your Talent Focus budget (Column C, the number in Column D is at the moment not important for you).
#2 Browse the available talents in table "Talents". You will notice that the data is very inaccurate. In the potential box you can't see anything and the stats are split into 3 numbers. 1 stands for stats that are lower than 59, 2 are the stats 59 - 65 and 3 are all stats that are above 65.
#3 You can do three things with the riders: 1. Scout on them; 2. Scout them more accurate then you did before; 3. Sign a rider. In round 1 only step 1 is important, you can sign riders from round 2 onwards.
You can either scout a rider on his potential or on more specific stats. In each case Scouting can be done on 4 different levels, while the first level of the stats is already displayed. Check the table "Prices" for more information and the price list. If you have decided to scout a rider write the level of information you want to get on the potential (column W) or on the stats (column X). It is recommended not to scout a rider on the highest level in round 1, as you can get more information in the next round if you are still interested.
#4 If you are done, got to the table "PM", copy columns A - I and send it to SSJ2Luigi as a table. You will get the information on the riders soon after.
It is recommended to leave some money in the bank after this round, as riders wages can be paid out of your scouting budget of this season. If not the wage will be paid out of the budget of next season.
I have lowered scouting prices this season a lot, as in total not many have a big scouting budget.
As in this round no riders can be signed, only those teams that actually have a scouting budget higher 0 can send something in. Look in the spoiler for the teams that have to do so. Other teams can sign talents later on as well, but won't know much about the riders.
