Then that's what went wrong. You have to rename it to Season 2013 first and try again. |

You mean the opposite, I guess? If the game is installed to 'Pro Cycling Manager - Stagione 2013', you should install the DB to this folder (and you do that by changing the installation directory to 'Stagione 2013' ).
@cune: if it's still not working, I suggest you take a screenshot of where you've installed the DB to, like Selwink said.

I had the same problem (with Seizoen 2013) and I just renamed my original folder: Season 2013 and then installed the database and that worked for me. |

Ah, ok. That is a possibility, but I guess it's easier to just install it in the Seizonen folder
@cune: the DB looks to have been installed on the correct place. Can you post a screen in-game of what you see? The problem with the editor is normal, you can't edit it with Cyanide's editor (it's quite bad ), try Lachi's Editor.

This is a flaw in Cyanide's editor. The equipment from the PCM.Daily DB(or whatever DB you use) is referenced to non-existent sector in the vanilla editor. For this reason, you cannot open the DB very easily in Cyanide's default. Use Lachi's (as lluuiiggii stated) to make this problem go away.

I have now solved. The frames are seen. But if I want to change the database should I use the Lachi? |

What instructions have you followed? Can you post more details? That said, it's much much likely that the DB has been installed to the wrong folder, so could you post a screen from where you've installed the files to? What language is your game version? Do you have the game by Steam?

This is were i install it:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Portable Devices\Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2013\
I have followed this instructions: The answer to by far most questions...
You have not installed the Expansion Pack to the correct folder.
If you have the Steam version, you have to manually change the installation path. In most cases, the correct path is something like C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2013.
If you have the regular version, please check that your installation folder says 'Season 2013'. If it's e.g. 'Saison 2013' or 'Seizonen 2013' or similar, you may have to change the installation path too.
There's purple flags or purple icons in the equipment selection screen.
This means that the game isn't using the Local.cdb file that's compatible with the PCM.daily DB.
Open up the folder where Pro Cycling Manager is installed and find the folder called PCM.daily DB Backup. Inside it, there's a Local.cdb. Copy it to My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2013. Replace the existing file.
I do not use steam. |

Can you post a screen of the folder where it has been installed? Are you sure your PCM has been installed there, and not in Program Files/Cyanide/PCM13 (which is the usual directory)?

You installed it in the database folder, but you should install it in the normal game directory...
