Liquigas - Cannondale
Preview:
Liquigas, seem to be a little short of money. Sure they kept, Sagan, Nibali and Basso but they lost a bunch of good riders, and lose some depth too! Juraj Sagan is thought to be even better than Peter his brother, so if I were Liquigas, I would hope this is the year he finally shows his stuff or else it might a long season for the Lime Green team. Viviani and Cimolai are Liquigas' future sprinter stars, and they clearly put a lot of trust into them this season as they let go of some other strong sprinters in the process. They might be battling for relegation this season.
Ivan Basso got old and now he is a dead climber at only 77.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy

Yep, but he can probably still get some results.
And do you mind fixing your signature so it doesn't mess up the width of the forum

2013 UCI Europe Tour Major Teams Rosters Part 2
Roubaix Lille Metropole
Preview:
Roubaix's biggest signing, is now also their best rider. Le Mevel joins, departing from Garmin Cervelo. Roubaix want to get to the Tour de France by 2014 so they're putting their feet in the right direction, with this signing. Tronet is the top sprinter, and will get some lead-outs from Aulas who is also a strong sprinter.
Skil - Shimano
Preview:
Skil have done everything they need to, by keeping Van Hummel, Kittel and Geniez. They also added Laurens Ten Dam, another strong climber. Skil have a strong team this season with a bunch of Germans and will really be focusing on the sprints. Veelers is also a good sprinter, and a good thing about the team is the average age is very low.
Sporza - KBC
Preview:
Four major signings for this team is all they need. Sporza could really dominate the less prestige classics this season, something Landbouwkrediet have done for the past few seasons. Van Avermaet is the Team Leader, and should do very well in March, April and May. As well Sporza have a few young talents in Dylan Teuns, Joerri Stallaert and Joaquim Durant.
Telefonica - Santander
Preview:
Contador, Sastre and Sanchez lead this team of mainly Spaniards into their first season as a team. No doubt Alonso is happy with his signings, but questions are already going around as to whether the team is strong enough to Promote. Sure they have maybe the two best riders in the CT but after that, a bunch of nobodies. The plus side to this team is there are a lot of hot prospects like Diaz and Skujins. The Tour de France will for sure be the season goal, and I think they have a great shot of winning or getting a good result, and who knows, maybe that will be enough to Promote.
Tissot Cycling
Preview:
Similar to Telefonica, this team is also lead by 3 climbers. This time its Kirchen, Lofkvist and Schwab. Apart from them however the team seems very weak, so I dont think much will happen with them. Still they have a good base if they can hold on to Lofkvist for the next few seasons.
Vacansoleil - DCM
Preview:
Just Langeveld and Terpstra join. Vacansoleil has lost some of its fire-power but they still possess a strong team. Plus they still have kamikaze sprinter Romain Feillu. Plus Devolder will still do well in the classics, so the team is still fairly strong.

Oh yeah. Cool!
Now I'll go for 30 pages
Let's go for 100 now great team presentation and telefonica looks to be a real GC threat contender with Contador, Sanchez and the help of Sastre.
P.S could Mr. Baseball please change his sig so this page isn't messed up.

"kamikaze sprinter Romain Feillu" true words!
telefonica really has quite a weak roster apart from the leaders - will be interesting to see how they can manage that
i think next steps should be 50 - 75 - 100 pages keep the story up i really like it
do you when you will start the new season approximately? |

I'm hoping Monday or Tuesday. I still need a few graphical things from two seperate people but it sounds like those will be done within 24 hours from now.
@rorzcp - Yeah, they're coming up

Finally!
I think he is a better TTer at the start of a career so when he develops, its as a TTer and not a sprinter.

2013 UCI America Tour Major Teams Rosters
7 - Eleven
Preview:
So new team on the block, 7 - Eleven are here, and with a pretty nice squad I might add. Chris Horner doesn't seem to be as good as he once was, but he should atleast help the team out, and at the very least, be the experienced guy, on the team. Wegmann also joins giving them a decent classics team. Bauman is also a good sprinter capable of a few wins. This team is headed in the right direction.
BMC
Preview:
While they did lose some of thier best riders this season, they still have a strong team, with Burghardt, Santambrogio, Frank, and Tschopp. Phinney could be the make or break within the team though, as to whether BMC get back into the PT or not as he has immense TT abilities. This should be a fun team to follow!
Garmin Development Chipotle
Preview:
Garmin have done well. After a season without a youth team they found the $$$$$ to buy a new and shinier one this time round. And this time it could be even better. Dominik Nerz has massive potential, while Alex Howes, Peter Carey, Lawson Craddock and Ben King also have bright futures ahead. Either these guys will be the next stars of Garmin PT, or they will be sold for a huge amount of $$$$$ to fund the Garmin PT team, so a win-win for them.
GreenEDGE Cycling
Preview:
GreenEDGE are one thing, but I would get fired if I told you. Anyway, they have a nice looking squad filled with a bunch of Aussies. They have a ton of stars, too many to name, but I'm really thinking the UCI cheapskated them by not giving them a PT spot. Their dominance in the sprints next season (I'm guaranteeing it) while be anything but boring, because everyone loves Aussies, and sprinters that aren't Mark Cavendish. I say they promote, easy!
Kenda Pro Cyling Team
Preview:
Now this aint no GreenEDGE, but I reckon they have a fairly decent sqaud. Richeze x2 and Van Heerden x2, will lead the way, but watch out for Tim Roe and David Jai Crawford, their two best climbers. Plus I love their jerseys!
Rock Racing
Preview:
Its not a career choice, its a lifestyle. The team of thugs, aren't quite the Hells Angels of cycling, but their jerseys do look rather menacing (although the lime green kinda subracts from the jersey I find). Now this season, Rock Racing couldn't find that many former dopers or riders with tats, thanks to Radioshack and Farnese Vini, but they decided to sign some strong riders for a change. Bruseghin is old and frail, but should still be the best rider on the team. And of course the local legend Anuar Manan, the Malaysian Rocket! Also Pliuschin the Moldovian Luxury-Team Mate should be a great help to the team.
Spidertech P/B C10
Preview:
The team is powered by c10, and while not quite as explosive as c4, they still seem to help the men who live in igloos to an occasional victory. Lacombe, Gilbert and Boivin, 3 top sprinters, will lead the team, while David Boily the strong Time Trialist looks to improve on his Stage Racing skills, to maybe one day ride the Tour de France. Tuft should be the wise-man of the team. After all he lived in a tent in B.C. for a year!
Symmetrics
Preview:
Barry, has joined Symmetrics, the former top team in Canada. As well as that, comedian Tim Johnson has joined as the lone america, surely he's outnumbered if he happens to pull a Canadian joke! The focus on this team is Canada, not skill!

I love the two Canadian teams and hope for a possible move by David to join them in the future. I don't think GreenEdge will lose a sprint and i hope 7-eleven's jerseys will rock.

Big Tim Roe signing for Kenda. Good to see the young man getting mentioned!
P.S. I think I may have overdone the stats a bit for Tim, look at his ratings in my story! And I'm only half-way through my first season!
Great update by the way, I could tell the difference! |

Great presentation.
I just hope you won`t get the typical PCM problem with so many stars in the CT Division.
It would be a shame if Greenedge or Telefonica - Santander totally fail just because their stars only get 20 race days. |
