Nice 3rd place in the TT for Gaviria, and while Rabottini could only finish 8th in GC, our depth again pays off, with Madrazo 12th, Fraile 20th and Agnoli 22th.
A shame about that big crash that took out Henao and probably injured Herklotz, but surprisingly Caruso recovered well enough to crush everyone in S5

ICBC = AC/DC
@cio: Come on, 4th is fine, nothing to complain about - I've seen worse from my team. Poels predicted 3rd in South Africa was 12th, Fuglsang twice well below par last month, Stannard 28th in Dunkirk.

What the hell is wrong with ICBC this season? They need to have a brilliant manager deep down in Asia. A secret Tabriz project?

That's the spirit.
Thanks for the reports and the Giro preview of which the first two stages are up now a team time trial and a hilly stage which unfortunately had little action. |

Thanks all for the reports. The speed that season goes is amazing!
On the other hand - Anacona and Chamorro still didn't lose any time since TTT . Oh man. This can be our breakout race or Tachira all over again. I don't see any other endings. |

It's the man game attitude
VisitUkraine unsurprisingly winning the TTT and Eddy the Boss already sneakily winning stages. Fjhoeckie is off to a flying start. Suntory with a great ttt but the traditional wtf when they drop Bardet.

The best race of the season is up!!
Aleko Vitosa: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....st_1281701
Spoiler CARNAGE!! Just 39 finishers!!!! Honigh with a lovely 9th place,
love him for that
The early break proved to be fruitful once again. Seems like a trend in all classics I report!

21 seconds lost on stage 1 is negligible. Happy with 5th place for Degenkolb on stage 2. The hunt for Purple is off to a good start.

When I saw Aleko Vitosa on the calendar I had no idea how it would turn out, in hindsight I really should have booked the race, even Valgren would have done well.

No major time losses for Wellens and Olivier, all is well.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Aleko Vitosa lol. The startlist appeared a lot weaker than in previous years too.
Didnt care about S1 in the Giro.
A bit sad that Kittel couldnt make ot back to the front of the peloton on that long s2 descend. The next update should look better for me.
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Caruso you beauty.
What a destruction in the mountain stage from him, perfectly set up by Zollinger. Hopefully that will kickstart his season, as so far it was very average to be honest. Excellent race from the entire team actually, even Cattaneo doing great in 9th. I couldn't have asked for more on our home roads.
Unfortunately the race was a bit overshadowed by the crashes and abandonments/injuries following from that, I feel especially sorry for TMM but also all the other guys that were involved. Yamamoto though, what an absolute beast.
Thanks a lot for these reports Shonak.

Wiggle steadily racking up the points here... unlike in the MG.
Nice win for Geraint in Aleko and the 3rd from McNally was a nice surprise as well. |

Not last in TTT Can't ask for more
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Wow Aleko produced some masssive gaps! 21 minutes to the 10th placed
Geraint smashed it, it was expected tho he was maybe the only rider who was very suited for this one
8th, 12th, 13th and 23rd.. I can't be unhappy, a lot could go wrong here but luckily there's some steady points coming in.
