Improvement in the standings, which was expected given the number of races we were a part of. Monfort has been exceptional so far. Exceeded my expectations. Boom has been decent, could've been a bit better. Time for the others to chip in. Looking forward to May.
Thanks Bikex for the rankings update

4th in the final cobbled World Cup sucks given the fact that it has been a goal for us.
Ouch, the rankings look a lot worse than what I hoped for at this point, as Vanmarcke has his best race days laying behind him now...
Filliers going really strong, I guess their training investment saved their asses for this season and is a bright asset for the future.

CarbonSports were crazy busy, wow. But besides the top, most teams are still rather close in the WT rankings, so with us being super useless in the cobblez, it actually doesn't look that bad. Now GT season starts. Giro won't be a hit for us but maybe a few points will be gained by Verona.

This will be as high as we get this season, but it's probably enough to save us. GVK leading the world cup for now, but will probably lose it to Gilbert as there as a few more hilly races than cobbles ones. Cobbles world cup seems won though, although I'm annoyed we're not winning the team rankings as well.
U23s doing even better, best U23 team in the CT (ahead of some WT teams) and best U23 team in the prestige (ahead of some CT teams!).
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Dropped out of top 10 in CT ranking though we're still in of you exclude the WT team ahead of us. Another good month for us.

The rankings obviously look incredible for my team but the reality is that with all those races on the schedule we had to score big. I think this month was solid / good only for CarbonSports if compared to the expectations.
I was surprised to see Allianz sending everything they've got to ct event Colombia TTT. I expected them to challenge vw for the lantern rouge once again as with all those holes in the squad I would not have wanted to send more than 3 of their good riders to a CT event..(Congrats for the win though).

CCC have very similar season so far to the previous one. Similar places at the moment, only 100 points lower. But still I'm fine with April results. Was expecting around 100 points, got even a little more.
And finally my team will ride in many races, 73% of remaining CT races will have my riders in it . Ulissi! It's time to score some points!
Thanks for rankings update! I'm waiting for preview to do mine also. |

Rankings are still looking pretty good, eventhough Cancellara hasn't really performed well yet in the cobbled races. Caruso has already had quite a lot of race days so it will be pretty tough to remain up there, but let's see.

Class performance by Allianz, why shouldn't jaxika send some great riders there? It's a race and naturally he wants to win a race, not sure why else he'd select it as a ct event. Do you select races you don't want to win? Most of these doms can shine brighter in such a race than in a WT event imo where - as most riders - they be pack fodder and just ride for a leader that might not even need them.

Both my squads are really unispiring at the moment - at least in the Colombia TT we produced something special. Looking forward to som GT action though.

It was a focus race so everyone was needed there |

"Do you select races you don't want to win" -> Colombia TTT every year with VW. Sending my worst team there and lost by far in every but one year
My surprise was mainly because with all those 51 AVG guys in his team he would use his ct race days to send a leader + 2 domestiques + rest shit to have his good guys in as many races as possible. Not saying it was a mistake. Only a surprise to me.
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

The first three stages of Romandie are up now too.
Nice ride by the boys in Lincoln. 5th, 7th and 11th is a pretty successful day I'd say.

Damn, did Terpstra crash, puncture or something at Lincoln? Not near what I expected, still Kwiatkowski, a bit of a risky pick here pulled out a commendable 12th, so happy that went ok at least.
Thanks for the update Shonak/brewers!

Meijers getting on the podium in a reduced bunch sprint finish!! Never saw that coming! Porte not as high as I'd hope though. Banking on stages 5 and 6 for an improvement.
EDIT: Meijers is leading the U25 classification too. Go Jeroen!
