And Boeckmans takes it, easily.
Justin Jules is second, I think. A great sprint but came from too far.
Just catching up on this one thanks to Cyclinghub - Boeckmans was beginning to look embarrassed by the finish line the gap was so big. I gave up counting the bike lengths by the end |

Gianni Meersman wins the Handzame Classic while Kenny Dehaes broke his arm.

And Benoot with a strong podium (his first this year) has showed once again what he's made of. What an amazing talent...:

Never knew Benoot could sprint? Just wondering, was it a completely flat sprint? |

I see other people jumping on Benoot bandwagon..not sure how I feel about that
Meh, anyway they are 3 years too late. They are just simple glory hunters

Meanwhile, everyone have hopped off the Betancur-bandwagon, but little did they know that they created a monster: The Fatancur-wagon which I proudly can say I was the first on (along with Kirchen).

Yeah, he's pretty good on small groups. He has a pretty decent kick.
Great result by him though. |

Talking of bandwagons .. My boy Drucker only 10th is little bit dissapointing in that field. He's capable of much more. |

He can do basically everything, shame that he hasn't won any classic, just like other well known riders

Only 20 riders finished the race. Peloton got reduced to twenty riders (with 7 Etixx riders), because of echelons. Etixx then attacked with 3 guys and nobody was able to close the gap.

Wisniowski must have some fucking awesome talent making the Steppers classics team in his first year as a pro ( plus already scoring some good results ). I think they really got themselves a gem there.
Typical flat race for Steppers, mass attack and no one ain't catching them. They are in some form this season, the whole team. Benoot forever consistent <3

Hmm, not so sure about that.
I think the echolons were more of a factor than the cobbles(which are not too heavy in Zeeland I think).
They are alright but wouldn't say they're the next big cobble stars.
