Mhm... I don't like it, I think you didn't spend more than 10 minutes on it. I'm quite sure you can do a lot better than that, you should re-do it
And why put your name on the jersey so prominently?
And a tip: dark blue + dark red don't match really well often
EDIT: Another tip, make the writing white, it will be more clear in game.
Also, the writing 'Lierse - Pizza Ullo' is placed too high.
Another tip is that you should try to avoid writing on the jersey, if sponsor logo's are available.

It was what Ollfardh was wanting. And he wanted the colors to look like the Barcelona shirt so that's what I did. I just did what he asked for. He said I could put my name on it so yeh.

Oh wow... Im sorry but I have to agree with fcancellara in every single point he makes (if ten minutes isnt too much already)...
Oh and might I add: If you think the coulours are rubbish, just use others. If you have a great design, no one will care. But it isnt enough to deliver a jersey like that, which clearly screams of no effort what so ever, just because it is excactley what the instructions said...

I made a logo you could use:
EDIT: Why not try yellow as the primary colour, with black as secondary colour? That are the Lierse colours, after all
Another tip: if a sponsor is not visible well because of the background colour, try to outline it

There's a double plis on the upper part of all shirts (you applied a plis on a shirt that already had a plis). And all but the TdF GC shirt are outdated (Giro green jersey doesn't exist anymore, and blue and red jersey in the Vuelta were last used in 2008  )

Well, there's something messed up with the files in your PCM11. The Giro is then understandable, but not the Vuelta... these are the shirts that are in the "vanilla" version of PCM11:
