Great report on the Japanese NCs there Oleg.
I'm happy about Oba's TT win there, allthough it was kind of expected. His first win of the season that is. Great to see him come close in the RR as well, but when I saw him and not Ito get in the break I already knew that we'd probably get a second place due to Oba's weaknesses once the road rises. Now that's already our 3rd 2nd place in a RR NC.
Congrats to valverde to his deserved Japanese NC victory. |

Good for Meiji to win the Nationals.
Not good for me to lose the 100$ on another team bet. |

'Flat' races in Poland and Japan (in terms of racing quality), but good to see (more or less) home teams taking main titles. Oba in particular had a great championships for Siam in Japan, and was impressed with the innovative TT reporting presented by Mr. OT.
Neither Golas or Masuda showed much for Nutresa. Can be read one of two ways, either unsurprising after a long hard season for both, but I had low level hope that both of their usual attacking exuberance might have at least led to some medal challenges. Not to be.
Think that might be Nationals complete for Nutresa, so thanks once again to all the reporters.

Well, I guess I am begrudgingly happy for valverde in Japan
Good for Siam to also get another Asian champ, even though I would have liked to see Kosuke in that jersey next year.
Fantastic side-by-side report Oleg, made the TT more interresting than I thought it would be, even though the race in itself was boring |

Wow Oleg, you challenge tsmoha there for best TT coverage! Fantastic innovative style with those comparisons.
Congrats to Meiji, I did bet against you, but rather so that I can enjoy either outcome.

Good try by Reis. Not good enough to grant him a renewal though...

Now, it looks like our championships are now over, not going to complain, two NC's are nice enough, especially since we got the GB one as well
Now onto the transfer season

Yes!!!!! Shirota is one of my favourite riders on our team so to see him win is pretty amazing! I purposely put Hatanaka and Kinoshita in teams that they would likely be in the break, but I guess it was too late. I suppose its better that Shirota took the win and not someone with a higher wage to begin with, as that could lead to them being a little more "greedy" in contract negotiations.
Congrats to Oba too! If he had won the RR too I would most definitely have had to sign him
And great reports Oleg! That was a tense TT although I knew Oba would take it when he went ahead at the 2nd splitt.

Well not had much joy on the road but a few TT guys is nice even if I am doubtful on keep ole Fab.
Bodnar is nice though I would consider letting him join that new Polish team. He is certainly someone who could do with moving on from PT TTT pawn life hell.

Nice to get the Korean double national champion against two men from Compal after they already took the wins in China and Iran away from me.
Great to see Sarawut get the Thai NC. After his phenomenal season, that's a nice ending. Also I probably won't have to loan him out, so this year the Thai RR jersey can be worn by my team. No surprise in Sai-Udomsin getting the TT. He is simply the strongest Thai timetrialist. |

Wow, quite disappointing championships for Vueling. Dekker beaten on the last meters doesn't lighten the mood.
A bit of a shame to see so many weak riders win championships due to breakaways, but I know it's just a matter of few riders and bad AI. |

Breakaway oh so obvious in Britain given that none of the top sprinters had support.
Quite funny that Hampton won. Me and rjc always had a running joke of how useless he was, while he was part of Rjc's team for many seasons.
Superb time trial from Tennant. Adds some €€€ to his market value.
Indeed. I am now believing he's not quite as useless as he first appeared...
I must say it's been a big let down for me this season, both the WCs and the NCs have not gone my way. All that's left for me is a climber who I will probably release, and Scarponi in the San Marino champs. Which will come down to a break probably, so I'll lose out there too.

That showing from Txurruka in the Spanish NC was the essence of his season in one race: a half hearted attack followed by a complete collapse.
Finally some NCs for Bonsucro, no longer do we have less than some teams who didn't even nominate anyone, yeah!
Soto Pereira winning the TT was a given, but its a shame he couldn't win the RR title as well. Oh well, Aguilar and Oyarzun should get some bids on the free market now. |

Fortunately I like Bullseye, otherwise I'd be very confused right now. I am about 20 years too young for it though
The strongest riders won in Sri Lanka which is good, that NC will be mine as long as I'm in the Man-Game. And Carsi boosted his market value with his wins which is nice |
