It's also not Matt Lloyd, but I think you guys have guessed almost everyone else it could possibly be now! This rider won an Olympic gold medal on the track if that's any help.

Nope, he also was at GreenEDGE with Davis, Cooke and O'Grady.
The mystery rider has been on the same PT/WT team as two separate riders who have been guessed.
